Theyre always out of something, usually the fajita vegetables. Tonight they were unwilling to make more, they were also out of chicken and chips. The mild salsa was low, basically scraping juice out and they wouldnt get more. The person making my burrito bowl acted like everything was an inconvenience. The person who later checked me out was nice though so at least theres some decent staff. This isnt just tonight though, 7 out of 10 times things like this have happened there. Ill gladly drive farther to a different location to actually get the products they offer and to deal with much better overall staff. Get your stuff together S Queen St Chipotle, you were awesome once.

They were already doing the closing cleaning for the night (at 8pm open til 10) and had to put everything back together. They were too busy socializing behind the counter to pay any attention. One person was as making the food while 5 others messed around. Was jipped on toppings and did I mention they were out of guacamole, again. I live down the road and have yet to have a good experience here, which is why I usually drive out of my way to Qdoba.

I love chipotle I havent ate there since the ecoli outbreak.. Well I ate here again today. Still love the food got a chick bowl hold the ecoli. It was still as good as before the ecoli. Im starting to have thoughts that the whole story is made up because our government is attacking a company that uses organic ingredients and responsibly raised meats. I call conspiracy theory till I know someone personally that has been sickened from eating here.

I usually dont have a problem with Chipotles... I dont know if it was because they just opened and the workers were not woke up yet, the rice was undercooked a bit hard .. the beans a little bit the same. The workers were not mean but they were not nice either. The only one that seems a bit more awake and a bit more friendly was the guy that was preparing the meat. Not my best Chipotles experience.

Today my son and I had lunch at the queen strret location~ very disappointed as they had no peppers & onions got a chicken burrito bowl threw half away~ give me my Shrewsbury store any day at least I get what I pay for......,will not go back to the location again....

Yesterday I ordered takeout" burrito bowl with brown rice. The rice was undercooked and caused stomach upset. Since this is the first time Im trying here, I will try again and update the post.
