The food is decent, with very interesting takes on South-of-the-border fare, but its expensive for what it is. $3 for a side of guacamole in a condiment-cup container, entrees at or over $20, $18 for 3 mini tacos. (You can get much better mini tacos for less at Clavel or R. House.) I think the best deal is probably happy hour - limited selection but better prices. It also gets very loud very quickly: we got there at opening for happy hour, sat on the dining room side, & by the middle of our meal, we had a very hard time hearing each other.

First visit (brunch). Very good first impression. FOOD: BUTTERNUT SQUASH SOUP (B+), HUEVOS RANCHEROS (A+), CORNED BEEF & YUCCA HASH (B), STEAK OMELETTE (B-), MEXICAN CHOCOLATE PANCAKES (A++). The food was mostly tasty, creative and interesting and generously portioned. SERVICE: very nice and friendly, attentive and professional. AMBIANCE: modern, cute, canteen like, casually relaxing but very loud due to all the hard surfaces around. VALUE: is good for the quality of experience. We are planing to come back soon.

Finally made it in for brunch! Im the kind of girl that IG stalks a new restaurant and views the menu plenty before visiting. I ordered "Uncle Da Veeds Açaí Bowl" and "Challah Torrez". My raiting on value may be a bit biased. The menu was 50% off on New Years Day (awesome!!!) My friends ordered "Hamberguesa" and "Farm to Taco" (which is now on my list to try). Its a really patootie spot I love the decor and the bar area for walk-ins. Bottom line is Chef Gauss is involved... Go. Sit. Eat.

Really interesting food combinations that are insanely delicious! I had the beet and blood orange margarita and it was great. Lamb, rockfish, guacamole, fried plantains, grilled octopus and braised cauliflower were enjoyed by all at the table. They were very helpful with food intolerance issues and even switched out cheeses for us. I recommend reservations. The wait staff was friendly and helpful. A new favorite restaurant I will visit again.

This place is a neighborhood gem! I love the food, the atmosphere here! Only thing the service is slow, other wise have no complaints. I came here because I have met the owner in my store, and he seemed very nice. So I decided to give it a chance for the first time. I would suggest this place to anyone, specially if you live in neighborhood its so convienent. And its so easy to park the car here, there is always available parking.

The restaurant is in a quaint part of Pikesville. Ive come here at the end of the brunch rush and the place is still lively. The space is open and welcoming. You can see the cooks put the finishing touches before sending out to the tables. The items we have ordered were done exceptionally well. Drinks were also delightful. Recommend the octopus and the margaritas.

Good atmosphere, friendly staff, but food just wasnt as good as The Food Market in Hampden. Large portion of short rib was tender, but missing the wow factor on the flavor. Baltimore tacos lacked flavor, and fries were overcooked. Drinks were just OK. Nice place, but we wont be back. For the money, Id rather go across the street to Citron.

Wonderful meal here! Rockfish over gazpacho was excellently prepared, paired with a nice sangria. Cheese bread was tasty and addictive. A lively place, busy even early. Reservations strongly recommended.
