This si the worse Burger King Ive ever been to. Not only are they severely understaffed, the employees who actually are working dont even seem to care about customer service. Theres obviously a lack of leadership there, not once dd it seem as if there was a manager present. I went there for breakfast and there was only two people working, which was no surprise and all i needed was a medium coffee which i already paid for. The surly girl working at the counter seemed more interested in taking care of her drive through customer than just pouring my coffee into a cup, which would have taken all but 10 seconds. She proceeded to tell me that she had to take care of the drive through first before she could complete my order. Whether thats true or not, thats not exactly what you should be telling an already irate customer. After a few minutes or so, She told me that she would personally bring my coffee out to me. After 10 minutes i was already done with my meal, I heard conversation and laughing going on at the counter, as i walked up I demanded a refund. The surly cashier then apologized and said that she was waiting for the coffee to finish brewing, which was obviously a lie. I dont think Ill ever be in Elizabethtown again by choice, but If i am Ill never return to this Burger King. I would advise anyone looking for a quick bite to avoid this BK at all cost! All youll get is sub par food and Lousy service. The employees are just plain lazy, and they should count their blessings that they have their perfect job in this poorly run establishment.

DO NOT EAT HERE! Since 2006 this has been and still is the worst restaurant to eat at in all of lancaster county. If you want fast food, try Wendys McDonalds or Taco Bell right down the road. This is neither fast nor food. If you ignore this warning, you will order something, pay for it, and get the wrong thing (sometimes the right thing) 10-20 minutes later. Never fails to happen this way even if youre the only one ordering. Also, dont stop here to use the bathroom. The bathroom should remain closed and someone needs to burn it to clean it up. Im surprised this location is still even open for business.

This place does not have their act together. They were once so desparate for a sales boost that they posted a notice that they would accept expired coupons. What a joke! They always had us waiting at least 20 minutes for even a very simple order, perhaps a shake and fries and it takes them 20 minutes. Pathetically slow. The drive through always screwed something up and were always slow. We havent gone to this place in a year. We always go to Mcdonalds instead because Burger Kings all across the board suck. This one is just one of the worst cases in a horribly-managed chain.

This Burger King is actually so bad, that its almost funny. For the past few years, Ive come to this restaurant on and off. Every single time I show up the service is super slow, theyre out of something on the menu, or something is broken in the kitchen. The seating area is dirty and outdated, and every employee working there appears to be lost and confused. I thought it was just a coincidence, but after the 5th time I realized how awful this restaurant is. Its time for them to start making changes, because I dont see this dirt hole lasting more than another 2 years.

My whopper Jr was good, but that was all!! I waited at the drive thru for 10 minutes with 2 cars in front of me and never did move. I finally went inside. My feet stuck to the floor especially in front of the counter where I ordered. The blond heavy set guy who took my order(and was not a young kid) never said "hello". He just looked at me until I ordered just my sandwich. Then he stared at me again until I said, "thats it." He finally spoke when he asked me if it was eat in or carry out. The guy really needs hospitality lessons!!

Do not work here! I only gave 1 star because I couldnt leave a review without giving them at least one! After 3 days of employment, I lost the job due to severe illness. I understand that is just a matter of business and probationary period. However, I was not paod for 10 hours that I did work. I have tried to reach the manager, the assistant manager, cooperate HR, and even customer relations. I have left numerous messages for each without any results. If you want to work fast food, work for McDonalds, they at least pay you!

I dont frequent fast food restaurants, but occasionally coupons in the mail entice me. When I come here, its usually the evening and I use the drive-through. Havent ever had issues and the last time I went, the girl at the window was super friendly. Its a hard industry to work in, so it was a nice surprise to meet someone so pleasant!

The drive thru is ALWAYS slow. There has never been a time where I have came here and they didnt mess something up. I dont understand if there short staffed, horrible management, or both. Avoid this one at all cost (especially if youre in a hurry) and drive a few extra minutes to Mount Joys Burger King. Much better.

I love this Burger King its right down the road from my Dr office. So if Im early I usually stop here. Today I stopped and Amy was the Cashier and she was really helpful and very kind. She definitely helps this place!!!! Ive been here and have had bad service but not today!!!! Thanks Amy!!!!!

drive-thru was extremely slow. my order was almost ready and i got my bag handed to me when another sandwich needed to be made. one of my drinks was incorrect. there seemed to be no urgency. this site needs major help in my opinion.
