Standard diner fare as far as the food goes. Our waitress was nice and polite, but didnt do much for us in terms of being friendly. Then we saw her talking with what must have been locals - and she was chatting it up! I had to request a few additional things and had to flag her down every time. Not a bad place, but not stellar either. The food was good and hot - but not amazing or stand out. Overall, if youre stopping off for some food and just want average diner fare - youre fine here. If youre looking for a unique meal and great atmosphere? Youll be better served elsewhere.

Stopped on our way home from visiting a friend in Annapolis. Didnt want fast food but always like to try local owned restaurant. Was not disappointed. I had eggs over medium w/bacon & homefries and my friend had the Round the Clock omelet. Each plate was prepared to perfection and the service was excellent. I now know why the parking lot was full. Appeared to have many locals eating there and if I lived in York I would too. Let me also add that each restroom was clean. We will definitely stop again on our way south.

Just received the slowest service in my life. I was there with 3 family members, and we were there for an hour and a half. Frustrated because the place wasnt even packed, but the service was still very slow. I ordered onion rings with my burger, and didnt get them. My niece ordered a milkshake and cup of fruit, and she didnt get that.. The gravy on my other nieces mashed potatoes was EXTREMELY salty. After waiting a half hour for the milkshake, we decided to just pay and leave.

Came to visit friends in the area and this ended up being my go-to place. The food is very affordable with large portions - excellent value! The food was amazingly good - I was worried at first, because the menu items seemed so varied; however, everything I ordered was delicious. The home fries were the best! Brandy was an excellent server -- very attentive and friendly - but we found that to be true in all the servers. Definitely a place to visit if youre in the area.

There are diners all over the area where I am from and this diner is no different from the other diners in the area. There is a huge variety of food available to order with their large amounts of deserts available. The food here is decent but nothing special and nothing unique. It is cooked adequately but, again, nothing special. This wouldnt stop me from going here again in the future, but if I had a choice I would go to a chain restaurant over this place.

Its hit or miss. The times that weve been here the waitresses are always nice and accommodating but the prices are a bit high. The food was okay but nothing to write home about and yes the place does need updating. I noticed they were recently fixing their roof so maybe they will do something on the inside also. The coffee has always been good here. Dont plan on going back anytime soon though. Prices a little too high for me.

If they werent open late I might give them fewer stars. The food is okay - ordered a very plain dish, it was exactly what I expected, nothing more nothing less. Service was quick and staff was pleasant. I wasnt crazy about the pie, but it might depend on what you ordered. I got a fruit pie, the filling was like thin jam and the crust was not satisfying. I would order it with whip cream if I were you.

The food is pretty good, the staff is great and personable with a atmosphere of welcome, but the man who manages is despicable! Not only did I see him checking out the waitstaff but also scolding them so loud I lost my appetite. Coming from a prior service industry employee, I will not be going to a place that doesnt respect their employees. Period! What a shame...

Very mediocre! Scrambled eggs were a little brown which means... overcooked. Home fries were all chopped up instead of sliced potatoes... maybe they werent fresh?? Bacon was good... done the way I like it. Pancake was dense, not fluffy. Just kinda disappointed. And there are much better diners, with better prices in the York area. I prefer West Manchester Diner...

Typical diner atmosphere. I was a little disappointed that they couldnt substitute default sides with another dish. The food was good however the maple syrup wasnt a good addition to the pancakes, they couldve gone with out that syrup. Good service, quick, friendly, good looking waitresses, and good prices. I would come back for a quick breakfast.

The service is always good the portion are to big and same for the price. Smaller portion and less money But the biggest complain is the regular breakfest. The toast is the cheapest on can buy same with the potatoes and the bacon. For the price of 6.50 I exspect a breakfest with some favor and subtance. Cheap all round other then the price.

We are regulars here. Bill is our favorite server, hes very fast, polite, and learned our "typical order" very quickly. We dislike the new look however, it doesnt give you that "classic diner" feel anymore. Food is pretty good as well. Also, dont eat the dessert . (Have seen employees picking items up with bare hands etc)

First time I ate got 17$ shrimp spaghetti, fly landed in it before I could eat any and got stuck ended that meal. Second time chilli taste like tamato soup no meat and all beans, fried clam strips arent bad. Seems to be expensive to have to try things that arent even mediocre to attempt to find out whats worth buying here.

Came here to celebrate my sisters baby shower. Showed up an hour before to let them know how big our party was, ended up being really late but the service was outstanding. Everyone was accommodating and friendly, the food was typical diner food, but the service by far made up for it. Id come back without a doubt!

Dinner is always a win, large portions and great homemade options. We like to visit Mon or Tue nights to take advantage of the 2 meals for $16.99 deal. I have enjoyed any and everything Ive tried on their menu. Breakfast is what brings me to 4 stars, its a bit overpriced and the coffee is extremely bitter.

My Family ,and I went to the new dinner on memory lane in york pa. The waiter was friendly ,and courteous but the food was horrible . I thought that being a new place it would be great food but the food was expensive ,and not good. Need to get a new cook. Will not go back again due to terrible food.

I go to the Round the Clock Diner mainly for carryout when I am in the area. The Arsenal Road location is very convenient to I-83. The food is good along with the service. They never mess-up my order and their prices are reasonable. I love the Greek gyro, and the Virginia ham is also good.

Good food. Huge portions. Fast service. LOVE the fried haddock, clam strips, fresh green salads, and soups (check out cream of crab, seafood bisque, and split pea with ham). Also, ask for Dennis as your server. He is quite literally the best ever! Round the Clock, give that man a raise!!!!
