Went to DC to visit my family and go out to have a low key celebration for my aunts birthday. Our party of 10 had a reservation at 8:00pm. The bulk of my party was there around 7:45 and we found that the location did not show the reservation that was submitted for 8:00. She also had a screenshot of this reservation that was made Friday prior to this catastrophic event. She was asked by Felicia (The Supervisor) if She had an e-mail as proof of the reservation. My aunt provided the email confirmation. Felicia then stated, give her 5 minutes to get a table ready to accommodate my party. Keep in mind that its about 8:00 now. We were seated at about 9:00pm. The waitress (Kierra) introduced herself and let us know that she would be back to take the drink order. She came back about 30 minutes later. My aunt asked to speak with the manager and asked him for corporates contact information. He never provided it or his name. Kierra then, took another 30 minutes to come back with drinks and didnt bring everyones order. Renee (the Hostess) Came back to take our appetizer orders. She was actually very rude the entire time. She had the audacity to walk to my table briskly and asked "What you say" in her own words. I said, excuse me? I am having a conversation with my cousin at my table. I asked to speak with a supervisor as my aunts birthday celebration was getting her to the brink of tears as she was so angry at this entire situation. How dare that waitress come to me that way, she needs to be terminated. I actually felt threatened. One of my guests asked about getting some water that she never received. Renee stated that "I only have two hands. That was the breaking point. Once we received the food order, they were incorrect or missing. Still no drinks as well. We finally asked for the cake to come out so that we could remove ourselves from this terrible experience. Keep in mind that we did not leave the restaurant until 12:00am. No one else could accommodate such a large party that last minute but, I feel awful for this experience on my aunts birthday. This location is horrid and needs a restructuring completely! Something needs to be done to rectify this experience. Will never recommend!!!

The service at TGI Fridays was the worst ever. You would have to have the patience of “Job” from the bible to ever come back to this place again. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! These people are “business ruiners.” This location [TGI Fridays, 1101 Shoppers Way, Largo, MD 20774, United States] deserve multiple visits from Undercover Boss (TV Show) if they are serious about staying in business. My husband ordered the “endless apps” (endless appetizers) obviously they thought we had “endless amount of time” to wait for the meal. It took 2 hours to get one round of 3 plates of appetizer. My husband asked the Server “Tyitianna” how long will it take for the second plate of appetizer. She told him it could take up to 1-2 hours, there’s no time limit, you just have to WAIT! Frankly, when my husband looked around to observe other workers, he said “these people have low energy and the restaurant was not packed”!!! We won’t be back anymore! We felt like with this type of service, the workers should pre-prepare their applications for unemployment benefits. The enclosed photos depicted the waiting time for my husband last two endless appetizers, which was faster than the initial two endless apps.

On Friday Sept.16,2016. We arrive in Maryland went to TGI Fridays. Had to wait 20 mins before we were seated. Once we got seated our waiter was Keith. He greeted us with a smile. Took our order. We ordered a appetizers and drinks. He bought our drinks but our appetizer never came. Then our food was arrive before the appetizer. Keith notice that our food was missing something but did not notice our appetizers never made it until we said did get our appetizers. Keith jump on it right then and spoke with his manager. Ms. Washington came over and spoke with us and did her very best to solve all of our issue. They gave us very good service even tho the cooks couldnt get it together. I really appreciate the service we received from Keith and The manager Ms. Washington. No one was rude and was treated with great customer service. Thank you I would come back on my next journey to Maryland.

The service was extremely slow. I ordered a lemonade, and when it was delivered to my table it tasted like water. My friends and I had to flag down other waiters and waitresses for service because our waitress had another situations going on. We were charged for drinks we did not order or consume. The food was bland. It was odd to see a police officer hanging out at the restaurant, as if it was his job to make sure everyone was on their best behavior. In my opinion the cop was very rude to my friends and me when asking us to leave because the restaurant was closing. My friends and I are not from Maryland we were not aware that the restaurant closes at 12am on Sundays/Mondays mornings. We spent 2 hours in Fridays due to complications, not because we were enjoying ourselves. I have been to better Fridays and had better service. Eating there again, will never be an option for me.

Couldnt call in my order because the line was busy or no one answered. Get in there and no one ask can they help. My daughter sits down while I go to the bathroom. A waiter tells her she cant sit there because there are customers coming to that table but there was no where else to sit. The bathroom is filthy! And small. There is nothing automated in there. You have to touch everything with your hands. Just unsanitary. The staff was walking around complaining and cursing about other customers. The clientele this place attracts is young, ignorant and no manners. Pretty much same description for the staff. The waitresses all have waaaayyy too much weave hanging down to be serving food. No hair nets or sanitary measures. The floors are sticky and dirty. And if youre anticipating customer service, DONT COME HERE! Cant wait until they close this Ghetto dump down.

Its so terible so we came at lije 5 and we was told we had to wait 35 min to be seated as 3 but when we git seated they toik lobg for everything they didnt even no who r waiter waz we had to keep flaging down waiters so wen one finally came he git are orders and appetizers. And drinks but what mad me mad was we got r appetizers. Before are drinks so we waited like 20 more min for r food to be done and still no drinks we got r food before drinks so wen they did get the drinks they brung ut one at a time and wen i got my ice tea it was so nasty the worse and my food was plain and dry but i was hungry and we i finsh eating i got dessert it took them akmost 45 min for dessert and wen i asked for another spoon they took all day wen the came with the extra spoon i was done my dessert this is the worest so un perfectional

Where do i begin. Well lets start with if I could give zero stars I would. We came from out of town visiting for a football game and decided to come here after the game. We have been to other Fridays locations and never had an experience like we did yesterday. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! It took us asking three times to get a refill on water, unlimited app refills took forever to come out, ten minutes to get boxes for our food and ten minutes for us to get our check. Spent over two hours there. At the end I expressed to the manager how awful our experience was and the gentlemen sitting behind us expressed the same thing. If I lived in this area I would never go here again. Oh not to mention my boyfriend is currently sick and I wouldnt be surprised if it was because the chicken wasnt properly cooked.
