I knew we were in trouble when my wife immediately detected that our servers expression indicated she wanted to anyplace else than at this restaurant. Her demeanor was that of someone on a work-release detail. Even though it was Monday night (and no, no football), and hardly anyone was there, we waited for our appetizer, and waited, and waited. When I asked, "How bout those onion rings" the server proceeded to get our entrees and tell us the appetizer would be on the way soon. Silly us, we tend to eat our appetizers first, so we passed. If only our entrees, salads, hadnt shown up. The chicken was blazing hot from the sauce, and neither of us could taste the bland iceberg lettuce and diced tomatoes or the mountain of cheese that covered them both. As I write this, both mine and my wifes stomachs are still smoldering, and out of consideration for one another, we are considering separate beds tonight. We left wanting to go someplace else to have a good dining experience, but alas, starved by the initial wait, we had already eaten too much. Going really light on the tip, our lone act of resistance, was the only thing we enjoyed about our dining experience. Our recommendation: if you go to BWW, order lots of drinks. Fortunately, they dont brew the alcohol there, and it might help you forget the experience.

Worst Buffalo wild wings experience I ever had. This was the first and last time Ill go to this location. We sat ourselves in the bar area at the only open table. It was not cleared so we cleared it ourselves until a shift leader noticed and came to clear the table since whoever was supposed to be clearing tables wasnt. We sat for 15 minutes and no one came to take our food order so we flagged down another server and he informed our server that we hadnt been helped. Our server acknowledged us and then continued to ignore us. Eventually the shift leader asked if we had been helped and then took it upon himself to take our food and drink orders. After our drink orders had been put in it was another 20 minutes before the drinks were brought out. By the time our drinks had arrived we had been at the restaurant for almost an hour. The shift leader that helped us was very helpful and apologetic for the service we received. He is the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1.

So far, the bartender Keeya, is SOCIALLY unfit for this position. No smile, no warmth, no nothing. I feel like an interruption of her bar-back work. And, may I add, the bar is NOT busy! She appears to be pissed! I understand everyday cant be a great day, but as a server, your bad day shouldnt become everyone elses! She didnt engage in the least bit, and its difficult for me to tip when I feel like my server was a jerk (unfriendly without cause). The prior comment of her being "SOCIALLY UNFIT" may be a bit harsh, but it reflects the impression I had after sitting at her bar for a few minutes. After a few minutes "Larry" sat down next to me and she did engage him briefly, but EVERYONE, not just regulars, should feel welcomed at the bar. But enough about that. The food was cool. But honestly, how can you screw up wings & potato wedges? I know I may sound like a "Hard-ass", (Im not) but there should be a base level of customer service given when rendering services.

It was going to be a 2 but since the table next to us, who arrived 12 minutes after us, got their foid order first, its been down graded to a 1. Been sitting for alomost 20 minutes with nothing to drink and order not even taken. Drinks still didnt come after the food was ordered. Ordered app sampler. Took so long put in a order of wings as well. Managers had to serve drinks. Ordered a corona with the drinks, 2 waters and 1 ice tea lemonade mix, corona came out 10 minutes after drinks came. Manager apologized but service is still slow and definitely not up to par. Been here for almost 40 minutes waiting for apps and its not even nearly 50% capacity. Im getting hangrier by the waiting minute. I chose one star because zero wasnt an option. If the baseball games werent on, bww would be a non factor. At the end of all of my ranting and raving food (apps) finally arrive with a missing food item, no condiments and no silverware.......smdh

My wife and I usually go to the College Park BWWs but decided to try this location for a change this saturday night. worst. mistake .ever. we were seated friendly and quickly and besides leaving that was the best part of our experience. our servers appeared to be high and i could not hear a word he was saying. after he wandered back and forth through out the restaurant doing nothing but talk to his fellow employes for atleast a half an hour we were finally graced with his presence and given the chance to order. the lettuce in the salad tasted awful. the boneless wings were under cooked and cold. i should have paid more attention when we got there at 6:30 on a saturday night and we were the only people there with the exception of one other booth. i will never return to this location and burn a little more gas from now on driving to college park. this location disgraces the BWW franchise.

Walk in and there was no one there to greet us. After standing there for 10 min we finally were seated. Our waitress, "Tay" walked passed us several times before even acknowledging us. My girlfriend got her drink before I did and I had to remind the waitress that I was still waiting on my beer. Our food came and I still didnt have my drink. My drink finally came, but before I could get the words out to ask for silverware the waitress had disappeared. Never once coming back to our table to see if everything was okay. I love the food at Buffalo Wild Wings and Ive been to different ones throughout the area and this by far was the worst experince Ive ever had. I only went to this one because its close to my house, but after that horrible service Ill just take the drive

Pickup order: I walked in, no one was there to greet me nor the people who walked in after me. We all stood there waiting for 20 min while staff came to the front but never asked if wed been helped. I counted at least 10 times a staff member walked by without acknowledging the customers waiting to be helped. Finally, a young man named Aaron come from the back with multiple orders in his hands. You could tell hed been in the back feverishly working to help get orders out. He was the only one concerned and apologetic to the waiting customers. He was the only good part of my experience. I ordered 50 wings got home and there were only 40

My former coworkers took me here a couple of weeks ago for dinner and drinks. The bartender was really great. He was knowledgeable, personable and attentive. He did forget to bring us water, though. The drinks were all pretty good and well priced. The good wasnt great. If the food was better, I would have rated my experience a 5 star. I think its just the way they cook. Nothing is cooked clean and everything is heavy, even the church wrap had fried chicken inside. The mozzarella sticks were hot and tasty. My side salad was mostly ice-berg lettuce, which was disappointing. If I go again, Ill only go for drinks and the mozzarella sticks.
