The worst experience ever! This place has the worst customer service that you can imagine. My girlfriend and I went there to watch the ufc fight. There was no sound throughout the entire fight due to some technical issues. We had to find out on our own about the issue by asking the manager. However, the manager did not apologies nor did he give us any discount about the inconvenience. You would expect a manager would try to do something to correct the issue and to make the customers happy. However, customer service is not high on the priority list at this place. Also, this place has the tendency to add extra things on your bill, even though you didnt order the drink or the beer. The table next to us was having the same problem by adding extra charges on the their bill. Avoid this place at all costs!

The last few times we have had problems. Frank the GM is a really good guy. He never tried to make excuses or cover up the fact there were problems. He faced the problems head on every visit we had problems. He was quick to offer to pay for our meals ( which we refused) but he wanted no parts of that answer. We finally are trying it out again after 2 months of staying away. Wow what a change. He even tried to pay for our meals again, which we said no way. He said meet me in the middle and let me cover an appetizer. This corporate has a great GM representing them here. Beside the fact he offers to cover bill, he is very polite and honest which is rare these days. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

I hadnt been here for a while and couldnt remember why until today. The fries we got where thin and dried out, definitely tasted like the frozen kind. We never did receive the ranch we ordered with our fries. Despite being called "Buffalo" wild wings, they do not have buffalo sauce. I got the honey BBQ wings which where surprisingly decent. The menu is very limited as is their wing sauces. Our table was dirty and so was the wall next to me. I will say that the manager walking around seems genuinely concerned about customers experience as we where asked numerous times how things where. Overall, if Id choose a sports bar Id pick Aroogas over this place any day.

Superb service and good food. I generally like their wings, but there are times when the skin kinda falls off and its annoying (I get boneless). The flavor is good though; I love their hot BBQ, chipotle BBQ and honey BBQ. The fried pickles are pretty tasty too. You can go on Tuesday and get traditional (bone-in) wings cheap or go Thursday and get boneless cheap. Id recommend for a first visit you go either of those days because you can get as low as 4 wings per flavor then, better for trying various flavors.

Used to love going here, but recently (last two times) my husband and I ate and before we even finished or even half way done they were asking us if we wanted boxes to go, and giving us our check. The place was NOT crowded. The idea behind BWWs is to relax and watch sports not be kicked out the door. On top of that the manager was hovering our waitress, even if she was new she was doing great, no need to stand uncomfortably close every time she come to the table.

I think their product is extremely overpriced and the wings have a rubbery texture and are otherwise inconsistent. Instead of going here I began cooking my own wings, its much cheaper. Go into Walmart and get a $4.97 bag of Chicken Drumettes. Thaw in Microwave for 10 minutes at power level 3 and put Freds Hot Sauce on them on both sides. Put in the oven for 50 minutes on 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Add Sriracha sauce if you like. Nice and crispy.

This Wild Wings is the better of the 2 in York. The atmosphere is great with a lot of cheering during football season. The food is hit or miss though. The wings can be good one day and dry and hard the next. I still go during football season for games and beer though. The servers are friendly but the prices are a little on the high side. Id only recommend this to people who arent too picky but like getting loud and cheering for football games.

The wings were OK, but they were supposed to be Buffalo wings and they needed more sauce. It wasnt that busy and we waited over 25 minutes for our two person meal. The servers were confusing because we had to four of them waiting in us. For a sport bar it is also expensive, 29 dollars for two of us. One cheeseburger with fries and one order of Buffalo wings with fries. Way too expensive for the dry wings that I got.

Friendly staff, personable greeters. We were seated promptly, and had to wait somewhat for the food. Unfortunately, our orders got a bit confuddled and 2 of the 4 of us received wings from Satans kitchen. Long story short, we didnt complain, but we probably wont be back for a while.. it was so hot we couldnt eat it. Make sure your order is clear, or something else will be by morning. Typing this from the toilet.

OK I found Buffalo Wings in 1977 in Buffalo, NY so I know good Wings. Plus Ive been making them myself for 30 years now too. Wild wings does a poor job with the preparation and I got these in TWO Orders and they were totally different each time. First they were to Wet and next to dry. Prices are way too high and Wings are just ok IMO. Great Wings cannot be mass marketed.

Get the wings, but nothing else off this menu. Burgers have thin McDonald style patties not typical bar&grill patties. Chicken wraps made with freezer-bag style chicken poppers. Good game watching experience. The service here is much better than its area rival Arroogas, but the menu and food quality is not.

This B-Dubs location is god awful. Service is terrible. The food is constantly cold. The wings has sauce on some of the wings. Orders always seem to wrong. The management needs some serious help because its run like no one cares. The waiter, Alex, is fantastic though. Maybe he should be the manager...

Atmosphere is nice, great place to go for football games and what not... I wasnt crazy about the wings as I can get wings just about anywhere now days that I personally like better and a little expensive for what you get, but Im guessing your paying for the atmosphere and 40 tvs all around.

Food was decent but when I went to pay my bill for some reason the waitress decided to round up when it came to giving me change so instead of giving me the change I was due she shorted me. When I asked her she said she just rounded up but gave me less money. Wont be going there again.

Decent wings. Better than almost every non wing chain restaurant that has added wings to their menu and on par with other chain wing places. Not the best Ive ever had, but are good if you have a craving for wings. Half priced wings on Tuesdays are the only time I order.

98% of the time its amazing food and service. Only a few times did we get one specific waitress that seemed to specifically ignore us and focus on her other tables. But overall we love this location. We visit it once every 3 weeks for our date nights.
