I wish I could give this ZERO Stars... The service is great and the food is good and its a nice cozy atmosphere... But the general manager Crystal/Krystal, however u spell it, she is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE AND UNFRIENDLY person and general manager Ive EVER met!!! So I went in for an interview today, was feeling confident and excited. The General manager approached me to follow her to the back tables so we could have our interview... (Right before we sat down for the interview, She literally raised her voice in an unprofessional rude manner to her employees to...quote: " come clean up this mess right now! This needs to go right now right now! Hurry up come on its embarrassing ugh!!!!" ... Ive NEVER EVER heard a manager talk down to employees like that, it disgusted me. And all they had was a bin full of freshly folded silverware sitting on a back chair, and they literally just opened up the restaurant...) So anyways, we sat down for our interview and she first approached me in a very unfriendly manner and demanding and told me to tell her about myself and I asked what did she want to know about me and I asked in a very friendly and bubbly matter. She then asked me about my other jobs the application that I filled out was right in front of her and she asked about my last job and I asked her which one it was because I had listed either 2 or 3 on there and then she started mocking me and making fun of me laughing saying that I should know what I filled out and I should remember what I filled out on my application and I told her that I had some memory loss due to one seizure that I had and I also did not get to tell her that I was grieving the death of my father that was not so long ago but she did not give me a chance to talk much after that. She then went on to Hound me constantly about why I have not been working for so long and I told her I have been doing some side jobs and I did not get a chance to tell her that I was also taking care of a family member who had a terminal illness which was my father who passed from cancer stage four last year so that kept me from dedicating myself to a job at that time. After he had passed then I had been trying to fill out applications for jobs and I got to tell her that part but she found it unbelievable. She hounded me about that maybe three or four times and she kept asking personal questions like what have I been doing all this time what have I been doing in my spare time and she also illegally asked me out of the blue if I had any kids because of Any daycare issues, that is NONE of her business and that is very unprofessional of her to ask that it is in a way discrimination and it is illegal and if she was caught doing that she would be terminated. She also been hounded me about my seizures and started asking if I was epileptic and all of this personal stuff that was not necessary to ask in an interview. She was not friendly at all she only smiled when I told her that I did not have kids and I had fur babies. When I filled out my application I put personal references on there because thats what it said to do she refused to call any of my personal references but then said she was going to call my old jobs which the managers that worked there currently do not work there anymore but she was so persistent about it and she said she wanted to make sure I was equipped for the job and she wanted to see what type of person I was I felt that was very rude of her as well to say that to me. She then ended the interview very short very cold-hearted and said she would call those references which obviously did not work at those places anymore and one of the places I used to work at had closed down she said she would get back to me after she had talked to them and then I get an email an hour later saying that I did not get the job. I applied for a server Assistant / busser and I would have done a great job. Im sorry that she judged me and discriminated against me,but I would never work for someone like that EVER!

While the food was good and the staff was generally nice, the service was extremely slow. We waited about an hour when the wait was only 30 minutes long to be seated. We received attitude when we came and asked why the wait was taking so long. Magically, a table was ready. There were open tables, so it seemed weird that we had to wait so long. The restaurant was not overly crowded. A family member waited over 15 minutes for a refill on his soda and when the server came back, she had forgotten about the refill. Several people left and were telling other customers, that were entering the restaurant, to leave because the service was so slow. Before we left, we had asked the hostess at the counter for a couple Andes mints. She did not have any and went into the back to check. Finally, after about 15 minutes, she came back and said they had none left. I saw her stop and talk to people, walk around, and then finally make her way back to me. At one point, I almost left as it was not worth the wait to see if they had any mints.

Went there today, my 18 month old son, my boyfriend and I for a late lunch. We were there maybe by 3pm. It was not busy at that time. I ordered the steak gorganzola, well done. The server was nice, food arrived in a timely matter, however my steak was med. I HATE sending food back, but I cannot eat bloody steak. The server took it back to remake, manager came out to apologize. Well, after 45 minutes, the remake NEVER came. We had to leave because my 18 months son was starting to loose patience. He was very good up until then. My boyfriend finished his meal, the server kept saying, 5 more minutes. I told the sever to box up my food, which I still havent seen, because we had to go. I took my son to the car, my boyfriend came out 10 minutes later, no food. The server said we didnt have to pay but would still bring out the remake. He NEVER CAME BACK! Weirdest experience ever, and I worked in the food industry for 20 years!! No one cares anymore. Well I wont go back there!!

I personally love their soup, salad, and breadsticks lunch because it is a good value and the salad and soup is delicious. Quality of breadsticks has gone down over years. It seems that everytime my husband and I go to Olive Garden, we end up complaining about something. Once it was the hostess chewing on her fingers at the hostess stand and handing out the timer things. Another time there is a piece of plastic in my husbands soup. We have had terrible servers including one that asked my husband if he would like to try the wine sample. My husband said yes and when I said no the server kept pushing me to try it, then walked away without giving my husband any. Everytime there is some kind of problem at this place. If you complain about something it seems they always want to give you something free, and although that is nice, I do not go out to restaurants to complain and get free food. I would rather everything be done right in the first place.
