My girlfriend and I visited Olive Garden #1425 for a late lunch earlier this week. She ordered the unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks, and I ordered the $8.99 Lunch Duo with the Pepperoni and Sausage Flatbread and unlimited soup. We also both ordered water for our beverages. When we were seated, our server (Carlos), was very friendly and accommodating. Within about 10 minutes, two middle-aged women were seated at a nearby table, and Carlos was once again in good form (very cordial). However, the longer we were at our table, the more we noticed that our server was spending more and more time with these women and less time at our table and with other guests. The ladies had ordered wine (which probably explains what transpired...a.k.a. more spending equals higher tip), and were over-complimenting Carlos. The conversation turned to physical appearances, and the one woman proudly announced that she was the mother of 3 teens! I almost felt like saying, "good for you...now get over yourself and let the guy go back to doing his job!" The longer we sat there, the less attention we got. So much so, that when my flatbread was ready, it was served by another waiter. The duration of time between our soup and salad replenishing began getting longer and longer. At one point, Carlos told us that the soup was being "freshly made," which was supposed to explain why it was taking so long. (I would have believed him, but unfortunately weve heard that line used at this restaurant before). Carlos then continued to spend more time conversing with the ladies. After being there for almost 2 hours (for three servings of soup, one salad, and flatbread), we were frustrated. Right before the ladies left, we overheard them telling Carlos how wonderful he was, how they wanted to do a survey, and speak with the manager on duty (who did come over to them, but not us). At the expense of other guests, these ladies dominated his attention and (of course) gloated over the fact that their service was so great. We left very disappointed and figured we missed the memo these "adoring" ladies received: if you want attention at this restaurant, order wine and throw yourself onto the server.

I have visited this establishment many times and have always been pleased until this afternoon. I arrived at the restaurant around 315 with my elderly husband. It was raining and very damp causing it to be quite chilly in the restaurant. Because of my husband being with me i asked for a table away from the window which the hostess immediately turned back towards the front with a horrible attitude. Im guessing i messed up her table rotation. Another hostess approached us and happily cleared a booth in a warmer section. After we ordered a gentleman sat across from us. Received his salad and then soup prior to us receiving our salads. Eventually the same "nice" hostess that helped us with our seating noticed we were looking around and brought us our salads. The meal was excellent as always. The server was apparently new and did well over all. I manage the restaurant at the Hilton Garden inn and i am very big on guest service. (Believe me we also have our share of issues) just thought I would pass on that one hostess that did our initial greeting could of put a horrible taste on the overall visit. But being in the business I understand one bad seed doesnt ruin the entire apple. Work on her attitude and would of been the usual 100%

We came into your restaurant yesterday July 11th at 12:50. There was no one waiting to be seated so we were greeted and seated in a booth promptly. Then we sat. I had time to look at the beverages and pick one then I looked over both of the menus and pick out what I wanted to order. My husband clanked our wine glasses together several times trying to attract someones attention; nothing. We were the only ones in this section except for a couple of tables in a raised room to our left. Ten minutes later a tall server/waiter seated a table right across from us and left without looking our way or making eye contact. Not thirty seconds later, a server in another section finished serving his table food, removed the tray and tray jack, set them down and went over to the just sat table without ever looking our way. We were so upset by now we got up and left, I told the hostess what happened as we kept walking away. We were so angry that I dont know if we will ever be back!!

They paid someones check with my CREDIT CARD! - When I went home I saw that my account was debited 2 times, once with the correct amount and then another amount. The manager was like " Oh, well that happens sometimes." I said, "Well, this is my checking account and since you overcharged me you left a lower balance and I have a check that is going to bounce now. So you are going to be responsible for the overdraft charge." Not only did they not pay the overdraft charge which they caused, but it took them a day to get back to me in regards to the whole issue, and they offered no remorse. I will not be going back here, and I would recommend that you pay cash when you go to this place - they are ignorant.

This is the worst. We had a party of 13 and we called ahead and the lady said 10 minutes for wait. We asked to reserved it, she said no with attitude and to go online and reserve it. Now online it says for a party of 13 call in. I call again and the same lady with the bad attitude says it does that and its first come first serve. Understandable we decide to go and the lady says no you said you had a party of 2. Now why would I call saying I could reserve a party of 13 online if I only had two people. Because of this situation I will never visit this location again. They have a very unwelcoming staff and not worth the time to go there.
