Overall staff very friendly.... manager Tim on the other hand was beyond rude. I ordered food and had another order to place and because it was 8:56pm on the nose and they close at 9pm his customer service skills went out of the window completely. Tim stated to follow him to the door because he was about to lock it (as if hes kicking me out of His house). I told him that I wanted to place another order and in his best condescending tone with a big goofy smile he says "Sorrrrrrrry all the food is put away come right this way" towards the door, I can clearly see that food is still left to be brought. Hell they were receiving food from the back when we initially arrived what was the difference now I thought. He walks behind my friend and I and slams the door locked. I called the store and got his name he actually answered and I did tell him that his gestures were rude he didnt have to rush us away as if we werent paying customers. His tone still condescending says "Ohhhhhhhh Im sooooooo sorry you felt that wayyyyy". Needless to say that I will not be returning I will be going to another franchise and spend my money where my service is appreciated I go there and buy big orders for Sunday dinner and never had a problem ever.... I will talk to the regional manager or the franchise owner about this....

Been going to Boston Market for over a year now because of the great homestyle food and the friendly service with a smile. Destiny has made every visit a great experience. Seems she knows every aspect of her job whether she is dishing out our doos, tidying up the dining room or bathrooms, working the cash register or most recently , carving our main entree. Destiny shines and she is why we keep coming back! She makes us feel like family, every time!!

I agree to some of the customers that the staff is rude and unfriendly! I just called and ask what time the place close the girl was sound angry when I repeat what she said. Very scary to come and I might lost my appetite if I will encounter the angry girl.

The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The young gentleman who took our order was less than helpful. He did not listen to any of our order. My wife began ordering and was rudely cut off because she ordered her sides and entrée at the same time.

Food is tasty and in a great location. I recommend coming here for a delicious inexpensive meal. - Sometimes there is a bit of a wait. The service varies; sometimes it is great other times not so much.
