This place has the slowest drive thru I have ever been in. I waited in line almost 15 minutes. Then when I got home and thought I would enjoy my dinner and I was surprised to find out what I ordered wasnt in the bag. I ordered meatloaf and ended up with white meat chicken. The girl that took my order even repeated my order and said what would you like with your meatloaf. When I called to address this matter the girl who answered the phone said she was a manager. I proceeded to tell her what happened. She then told me to hold on. She came back on the phone and told me I ordered the chicken cause she waited on me and she knows it was correct because I also got an ice tea. I told her I did not get an ice tea I ordered a coke. She told me I was wrong. I told her how dare her treat a customer that way. She argued with me about what drink I ordered. I told her I would be speaking with the general manager there. She then handed the phone over to a nother guy who said he was also a manager. It appeared everyone there is a manager. I ve had several bad experiences at this location and thought I would let them know.

The food was not very warm. Everything tasted ok but my filling tasted like Stovetop with some carrots and celery mixed and my spinach was barely warm. I ate the whole thing as quick as I could, so that it wouldnt get any colder. Everyone was friendly but very disorganized. It was my friends first time there, and though she didnt complain; I got the impression that she wasnt impressed either. I have had much better experiences at this location before and will definitely try it again. I will re post in the future with an update.

As a franchise you shouldnt expect anything extraordinary. But still receiving this low of a rating, should be concerning. 1. The lady serving me, did not like her job, it showed threw her customer service and the way she handled the food. 2. Food had nice size portions, although Mac & cheese seemed a little old. Overall experience would be bad, not horrible, and no where near good. Will not recommend to others until corrected.

I havent eaten here for awhile. Im sure youll have to be in the mood for menu items because theres not many options. The best thing I had was the mash potatoes bowl with bbq chicken and 2/1 side. Theres always a 60/40% chance your going to get sloppy-cold food from a fast food chain or they screw up your order. Good luck

Wonderful experience, though the only reason I didnt give 5 stars was because the guy serving us wasnt wearing gloves. Besides that, the food was fabulous, very fresh, and yummy! The lovely worker in the dining area checked on us twice and promptly removed our plates upon completion of our meal. Ill definitely be back!

Ordered the family meal for 6 online thru grub hub everything was great except that we were supposed to get 6 large sides and what we actually got was 6 sides that were in containers so small that they only held enough for a single serving for one person.
