I have dined at this location before and have never been dissapointed until today. I showed Brianna my phone to let her know I we would be using the rewards to order dessert. She said she would get the rewards number at the end. She never did. We placed our order and waited over 30 minutes for our food. I asked a server who was walking by if she could get the manager. She said yes. Less than 5 minutes later, here comes our food. My husband ordered Cajun Alfredo with chicken. The noodles and the chicken were not completely mixed and the chicken looked like it had been through an osterizer. By the way, 30 minutes later, my husband got a stomachache. My ribs and fries were good. The coleslaw had no flavor. As soon as we received our dinner, a supervisor stopped at our table and asked if everything was OK. I said no and told her what was wrong. I did not complain about the food. I never do. My husband worked at a restaurant years ago and told me about the things cooks do when customers send food back. She agreed 30 minutes was too long and offered a discount on the food and a free dessert. Brianna informs us the supervisor discounted the bill. She apologized for the wait saying the restaurant was full and it was Saturday. Brianna assumed we were in a hurry. I told her we werent but waiting 30 minutes for our food was too long. I told her communication would have been great. I said I knew the manager had not been informed of my request based on the question the supervisor has asked. She said she didnt know who I spoke to when I asked to speak to a manager but he was unavailable anyway because he was on the line cooking. I told her we didnt want the discount, we were going to pay for the food we ordered. We didnt want anyone thinking I had said something because we wanted a discount. I asked her to have the supervisor add the amount back to the bill and we would use the rewards points for the dessert. She took the bill and was gone for a while. When she came back she asked if we wanted to see the dessert menu. We declined. We were seated very close to the womens bathroom and the drink station. Here are some of my observations while we waited for our food: 1. All of the female servers picked the lemon wedges up with their fingers and then either placed them on a small plate or dropped them in the drink. That doesnt seem very sanitary to me. Who knows what the servers handle before they touch the lemon wedges. Why arent there some small tongs for that purpose? 2. There was one African American male server who used a coaster or lid, I couldnt tell what it was, to pick the lemon wedges up. 3. All of the female servers took the glasses (which were stacked) off the rack, dipped the glass in the ice dispenser and filled the glass with a drink. 4. The African American male server, rinsed each glass he took off the shelf completely with the water from the soda dispenser, dispense the drink then used the scooper to scoop ice out of the dispenser into the drink. I was impressed! Why? Because he was concerned about cleanliness. 5. The ice dispenser started leaking and a Caucasian male server placed a warning sign in front of the dispenser. The warning sign was only visible once the person was already walking in the puddle of water on the floor. A female guest asked me if I had ever seen a 70 year old lady fall flat on her behind. I said no and I hoped I never saw it either. She moved the sign to a location that was more visible. 6. Not once did Brianna offer a smile at any point of our visit. We will probably not return to this location.

First off, we chose to eat here because Cali Burrito was closed across the street and this wasnt a great alternative. Being a not-so-busy Sunday afternoon, the waitress told us it would take a few minutes to clean off a table, so she insisted we eat at a bar table.. The table space that was provided was as close as it would be in a New York subway train. But since Im not fairly picky, we sat down and was presented with the most complicated, confusing menu Ive ever seen. There were, in total, 3 different appetizer menus: Appetizers, Starters, and "Fridays three-for-one". We had initially picked the three-for-one deal and the waitress insisted we try the "endless appetizer" option with better value. So we chose two refillable appetizers for $8 more than our original choice and I highly regret doing so. The waitress then switched our first set of drinks for which she later apologized. I chose the turkey burger for a less "greasy" alternative - It was pretty juicy and well prepared, however it was over-seasoned and made upside down... My friend complained about his coke tasting weird and it tasted completely watered down. The bathrooms were actually decent because they did away with the fancy automatic toilets/sinks which tend to be nothing but annoying. The soap made my hands feel clean and thats probably the only reason Im giving this 2 stars.. The overall service was mediocre as our waitress was also the bar tender, so we ended up waiting for things longer than usual. We also did not have any condiments (napkins, salt/pepper, etc.) at our table which usually bugs me. It total, I did not find our choices to be valuable as 2 appetizers and 2 burgers should NOT have been a $50 meal. Needless to say, we only spared a 15% tip. Side Note: Try for a table in the dining area. Our bar table made it hard to see any of the TVs which were all airing soccer (sigh..) and a kid beside us was pretty obnoxious about it.

Im not really sure where all the bad reviews are coming from but since I have only been coming to this Fridays for the past 4 years when driving a bus full of kids up to Dorney Park for the day and not wanting to spend the time wandering around in the park and buying some seriously overpriced junk food, the times I have been here I have not had any complaints. I will however validate their reviews as being totally possible since in the past 3 months I have had at least two maybe three really bad experiences at other Fridays so I know that it is possible that what their reviews are talking about is in fact quite accurate. Of course that could also be the nature of society in general as in these bad economic times people have been on edge about everything and ready to let even the littlest inconvenience get them in a bother. It was when I was visiting here the first time that I was made aware of the "Give Me More Stripes" program which I signed up for and have enjoyed the rewards that have come about being a part of that group of diners. I could if asked give some gruesome details about the dining experiences at those other restaurants but since I am here to talk about this one I will keep this review to here only. Usually when I have come it has been right around 12:30 to 1:00 and has never been crowded nor have I ever had a problem with service but rather some nice young ladies who have taken care of my meal and been able to offer suggestions as to what I might like to eat for my meal. I do plan to return if and when in the area so if there are any problems I will let you know but as for now I was pleased with the service and smiles.
