This was not a total dislike of my visit to this TGIFridays but the service did not warrant any more than 2 stars. Some time ago I had joined the Give me more stripes program and had finally earned enough points to get a steak dinner so since I was going to be near this location I decided to go there for my meal. Upon arriving everything seemed to be going well as I was seated quickly though at a table that rocked but oh well I wasnt going to let that bother me. When the young lady came to take my drink order I let her know about the dinner and after checking with her manager she said she would take care of it with no problem. After placing my order I went to wash up and found the rest room to be clean but a little small which gave it a crowded feeling with just one other patron in there. I returned to my table and watched as others who had come in after me were given their meals but since I have no idea what they ordered I didnt know if it was able to be prepared quicker. Finally my meal came out with someone other than my waitress and was put down with no questioning my needing anything else. I figured the regular girl would be back soon as I saw her at other tables with more than just one guest but never came to ask if I needed a refill till I was almost done my meal. My drink did come quickly after I requested it but none of the empty plates were removed until about 25 minutes after I was totally finished eating when the check was brought out. The bill was of course minus the entree and just had my drink which I paid for plus a tip based on the cost of the meal without the discount so I dont know if I was ignored because she was not expecting a full tip or as is the problem at a lot of restaurants, if you are eating alone you will be left alone by all. I do like Fridays but doubt I will be back to this one.

This is the absolute worst TGIF location that I have ever been to- and its not my first time here. The Route 13 location is so much more accommodating. This location doesnt allow you to substitute anything. If you order the Jack Daniels Chicken Strips they give you a side of the Jack Daniels Glaze that is 1/3 full. Its only a 1oz souffle cup which means you receive 1/3oz of sauce for the entire platter. If you ask for more they have the nerve of charging you .49¢ per serving and which MAY be 1/3 to 1/2 full. Wait staff always seems personable but take forever. This time we asked for cheeseburgers for the kids and no cheese came on them. While waiting to have that fixed the rest of us couldnt eat as we had no silverware. By the time everything finally arrived our food was cold. This is a poor excuse for a restaurant and like I said not the first visit but will be the last at this location!

Went to the restaurant for dinner. Busy but not packed. We got seated in the far back table next to the kitchen, next to the bar in the main walkway to the kitchen. We werent even at the table for 2 minutes it was extremely loud. I asked the Hostess if we could possibly move and she gave me a death look. She moved us one row over and was extremely nasty. The waiter was decent and the food was ok we ordered burgers they were fine. The drinks took an exceptionally long time to get to our table. When we received the bill the waiter didnt bring us a pen. We walked up to the hostess station to sign the bill asked the hostess for a pen she proceeded to say "I dont have one the waiter will bring you one go sit back at your table" wait what???? Are you kidding what happened to customer friendly. Hostess was not nice and not helpful.

This place wasnt crowded at all. Weve been out here sitting for 20 mins. And no ones coming to us, so we see other people being taken to their table and the waiter pulls his pad out and puts their plates on the table and he takes their order. So I get up and go inside to ask for a manager and the host never even asked was there anything she could help me with so I told her anyway. I went back outside and 5 mins went by so I see people getting their food no one ever came to our table at this time, now angry I just get up and tell my family lets go because obviously we didnt exist. So on my way out the door I did see the manager told him the situation and he said really. I then just walked out. Im a visitor from Georgia and this was the worst service Ive ever encountered in my life of travel. Thanks, but never again.

My husband and I had our 2 yr old with us. We asked the waiter to bring out fries before the meals to keep him preoccupied. The fries took about 10-15min to arrive. Miraculously they came out a minute after we complained to the waiter. Our meals arrived about 3-5min after the fries. I noticed my salad was wrong and my husbands steak and potatoes were cold. Tried to tell the waiter but he never even came to ask how our food was. When he finally did show up, we were just ready to go. We didnt eat the meals and asked for our money back (minus the cost of drinks and fries). The manager asked what happened and then looked at us as though he didnt believe us. We waiting an additional 20-25 min for him to comp the bill. And the bill was even wrong. Ended up going to Applebees.

First & last time ever coming here. The appetizer was pretty good, but the entree was mediocre. We went on a Sunday, we were seated right away & they werent busy. Our waiter ignored us and held conversations with his coworkers. He didnt care for his customers. He even laughed & blamed the cooks for his poor service. The tables around us had uncooked food (fish, meat, etc.). A lot of people were complaining about their food. I understand cooks either being busy or maybe it was short-staffed... but to blame the cooks for your own ignorance is just crazy. He was so rude. I hope they get new staff or theyll end up closing down just like Lonestar did.

Dined here with my friend and her 11 year old daughter. Kind of a weird experience. We all enjoyed our food, which was typical of what you expect at a Fridays. Our server was really great and friendly too, and we even showed up on a Friday night with no reservation but got seated right away. Unfortunately within 20 minutes of leaving all three of us began to feel ill. The only thing we shared with an Oreo ice cream dessert, so there must have been something off with it. It was an unpleasant couple of hours after the fact, and despite filing a complaint on the website no one has gotten back to me, so Im forced to leave a 2 star review.

Decent food. Horrible service. I called to place an order for pickup 45 minutes in advance. The women on the phone made me call back 15 minutes before because placing an order that early in advance was "inconvenient"... Okay so I call back place my order and when I go pick it up I had to wait 15 minutes for my food when it was sitting right there. Not busy or anything like that, the manager had to come and charge me for my overpriced food...Why?? It wasnt a huge surprise but my fries were soggy by the time I got them. Oh well, I wont be going back. The buger was pretty good though.
