It was our first time eating here. The place was clean. The person at the register was very helpful and friendly. Our food was made to order and was fast. Many customers were dining in. The place was popping with customers walking in and out the whole time our family was eating. They offer a small dishes of peanuts for free. They checked on us to see how everything was as they were wiping down their tables. The whole family LOVED their food. Their fries are fresh cut and reminded us of boardwalk french fries. You can taste the difference in their hamburgers from any chain burger joint. We will definitely go back again and would highly recommend.

a "classic" burger joint, serving up the "basics" for a price that cant be beat. the meat is "always" delicious (although cooked well-done) & the fries are the "freshest" you can get (cut on-demand). make sure you "grab" yourself some free peanuts; theyre giant vats just waiting for impatient snackers to munch on. note: dont expect a burger on the "rarer" side; everything is cook well done.

I cant even begin to describe this mouth-watering burger that was cooked to perfection. And the price was really reasonable, I got so much meat in one burger for a great price. And the fries... oh the fries, they were so crispy on the outside and warm on the inside. I am definitely going to this five guys every time Im in the area! I highly recommend it to everybody!

These guys made my day! I ordered a grill cheese sandwich and a kosher hot dog. Then I asked if the other stuff was kosher. They said yes! So I asked for a burger in place of the grilled cheese. They had already made the grilled cheese so they gave me a burger for free! Kosher and free food! Love them!

I did not expect much when I walked in hungry, but I was surprised by a plethora of peanut-oil cooked fresh cut fries in my bag. They were phenomenal! I barely had room for the huge double-patty cheeseburger. The place was clean and the staff was very nice...they even gave me free peanuts.

My favorite restaurant for a burger and fries. i always joke with them and tell them they dont have a small order of fries. The small order is put in a small cup and then they fill the bag with enough fries to fill it three times over. The place to go if you like hamburgers.

Reliably good burgers. The make-your-own soda machine is a novel experience but not as good as soda from a traditional fountain (usually too sweet and carbonation is off). The staff here are very friendly and helpful. Located next to an excellent candy store

Best Burgers on Concord Pike. The Fries are wonderful too. Try the Burgers with Jalapenos and Fried Onions as toppings. For the Calorie watchers - Order the "Little Bacon Cheese Burgers" - meant for kids, but good enough for adults.

We ordered take out & found a worm n in one of the sandwiches, when we brought the food back the manager accused us of planting it. Very disappointed never going there again! Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!
