We come here often but Im not sure why anymore. The service has been horrible for the last few times. Tonight, we walked in and instead of feeling welcomed by the hostess, we felt like a huge inconvenience to the staff and waiters while they figured out which servers were leaving and where to seat us. They sat us at a dirty table and did not wipe it off. I had to go back over to the host stand and ask them, while a group of employees were standing there talking. The hostess asked me to move everything off the table so she could wipe it clean. The table next to us received a drink with hair in it. They sent it back and received another drink with hair in that one too. The cook came out and was scratching his beard which is dirty and Im sure he does not wash his hands after touching his ungroomed face. The server who gave the hairy drinks to the table next to us grabbed the other servers waist and picked her up and spun her around and then proceeded to stand right beside our table to talk about how horrible this job is...completely inappropriate. Then he took the check off a table and yelled "Wow! Two dollars!" sarcastically complaining about the table that just left. All this happened while waiting for our waitress to come over to take our order. It seems as though the entire staff skipped etiquette training and lacks general courtesy. We will not be returning and advise others against dining there.

Its Sunday night I decided to go to the Waterfront Tgi Friday I love this restaurant keep in mind so we started out as a group of 4 and we Ordered everything goods UNTIL THE FOOD COME now its ok for the server to forget things it happens but unfortunately she forgot several things!!! one thing from each order to be exact.. ask to speak to a manager .. she come over and does nothing but take off 6$ for one of the 3 things they forgot well that wasnt enough and she was very rude soo after debating with her and a little back and forth with the manger witch is unprofessional. The manger on shift Michelle " is her name then proceeded to say we where rude the whole time mean while our server had no problems out of us .. so now paying time and Im still not satisfied with her help because its was close to none from the start and then she proceeded more and said I not giving you my name and called my sister trash AGAIN THIS IS THE MANAGEMENT MICHELLE CALLING HER CUSTOMER TRASH BECAUSE OUR ORDER WASNT RIGHT !!!! All in all it was sickening to be treated like that I could spend 80$ on food at family Dallor and get wonderful service because this place was I very terrible place for family/Friends to try to enjoy themselves

Had to walk out! Honestly, the first time in my adult life I had just left without paying for our pepsis. At 7:10 p.m. wife, kid and I walked in, and although our "male" server took our order (jack daniels sampler, we were going to split it and get dessert), by 7:40, still no food. So we watched our server converse about his life story to an old couple for 10 min, and I asked the nice door girl to get our food, since he was too busy talking, and she said shed get the manager instead. The male server said "the ribs are done, but I dont know why nothing else is.." 5 min later, some pompous, arrogant, smug manager comes over and I told him that it has been over 30 min, and no food. He arrogantly says "really? 30 min? Ill have to go see if that is true?" after 5 min, we just picked up and left at 8:00! 50 min without a bite of food! What poor service, attitude and the most disingenuous manager I have ever seen. Forget it! Never again!

If it wasnt for the one worst experience i had since going there this would be at least 4 stars. On the 4th of july me and my significant other went to TGI Fridays and we were seated immediately but the problem was we waited for about 30 minutes before i got up from the table and approached the employees that were standing by the door to ask them who is our waiter/waitress. One of the female workers said she would find her and send her to our table. Another 20 min later she came to our table. At this time we were ready to leave but we stayed and ordered. Very Bad Experience, the first bad one i have had since going to TGI Fridays. When your waitress or waiter doesnt introduce themselves by letting you know he or she will be waiting on you this evening and if he or she must be located by other co-workers . In addition to that shehada bad attitude.

This is by far the worst experience Ive ever had going to any place to eat. We sat at a table for around 30 mins before we even got a drink. No free desert no anything no discount no nothing for waiting till they caught up with their tables. Someone shouldve helped the waiter who was overwhelmed and fell behind badly. The food is over priced and mediocre at best. Burger was burnt tasting. And the beef stroganoff? It was so bad just do yourself a favor and save money and buy hamburger helper. Rip Off! If your in this area do yourself a BIG FAVOR go across the parking lot to Red Robin!

The food is always good but we tend to have some spotty luck when it comes to the service. Today it took our server 15 minutes plus 2 complaints to even greet us. The food and drinks came out rather quickly, but of course we didnt see her much. We had about 3 other ppl delivering our items. Pretty typical experience for us. Some good, some bad. Plus the prices have gone up significantly. So for all those reasons, 3 stars.

It was a hot day and we wanted to try the American TGI Fridays, this was a good choice. The service was fast and polite, our sodas got refilled almost the moment they got empty. Also we got our appetizers really quickly, the size of them was just amazing. The main courses were very well prepared and filled us so well that we didnt have room for desert. I do recommend this TGI Fridays, good food and good service.

I enjoy Fridays and have for years. Its a bit heavy / greasy , but good, and they do have salads and such (with tasty breadsticks). Im vegetarian and enjoy their veggie burger or the potato skins (theyve always been willing to do no-bacon for me), though I do miss Fire Bites. I used to go to the one in South Hills Village but since I moved into the city, this one is closer. No complaints!
