I wish I was able to give my honest opinion of the quality of the food or drinks, however this twisted tail doesnt take that path. Upon entering the establishment we headed to the bar to order a drink after watching the abysmal Jurrasic World. The bar was far from busy however there were dirty dishes all over the bar, clearly some had been there for some time, the disheveled filthy look must have been for ambiance, at least thats the only reason I can justify why people werent doing their jobs. We were at the bar for what seemed like an eternity when another couple sat down next to us. The bartender (I use that term very loosely) made eye contact with us and still asked the newly seated couple for their order. Astonishing barely begins to describe the reaction we had. The bartender never said hello of asked us for a drink order. In fact no employee acknowledged our existence at all. Having been raised around the food service industry my entire life I have never seen incompetence like this ever. Perhaps if she even said hello after looking directly at us this review would be different

My friends and I are regulars at this establishment. The staff is absolutley amazing and the food has definatly exceeded the "bar food" cliche. However we are very upset that they have removed their jukebox. Whats a good bar without the guests choice in music. Even though at times some tracks may be a tad bit vulger maybe they could only turn it kn after 11. I mean lets get serious at that point we are all adults. Needless to say we have not been patronizing there as we used to and are very upset with this decision.

Worst dining experience ive ever seen. Waited for 2 hours, never got the food (ordered a salad and burger). waitress was extremely rude and confrontational. Waitress stopped by table every 25 minutes, spend maybe 5 seconds at the table each time. When i asked for the manager they refused and said the manager "is busy". Did not take any items off the check or offer and discount or even seem apologetic about a 2 hour wait with no food. Truly shameful service

Ive had a few not so great experiences at this Bar Louie, but this time completely surpassed any other time we have visited. My co-worker and I stopped in for Happy Hour after work on a Friday evening. We both ordered martinis which were delicious, and Denise recommended the bruschetta and calamari which were both great as well. Everything was delightful and we will definitely be back.

I dont think I have ever received such poor service that I didnt want to leave any tip at all. We went for happy hour and waited for 20 minutes before anybody showed up to talk to us, and by the time that the waitress did come, she announces that happy hour is over. The waitress was rude, the food wasnt great, and it was a super waste of my time.

I came in with my family, and we rarely see each other. I have to say that Keenan made our experience absolutely fantastic! Bar louis is truly blessed to have a manager with the people skills that Keenan possesses. Be careful I may steal Keenan moving forward with our future opening that will be entering the Pittsburgh market in the coming years.

We spent a Friday Saturday and Sunday when it was busy and Andy worked the well. Hardest working bartender I have watched work in a long time. He does it all and I know as I spent over thirty years as a bartender and in management.He just might me Louies biggest asset. Go in to watch him work. Hello from Pat, Ed and Pierce.

30 minutes to be waited on.. 20 more minutes to get the wrong order.. 15 more minutes to get the right order, and 30 minutes to get a check that was wrong and not itemized. plus already had gratuity added on. $31.03 for 2 Sam Adams light bottles. and 2 pineapple juice+vodka. Horrible horrible service. Waste of time

Waterfront-Pittsburgh location. No sign to seat yourself. Absolutely terrible service. Saw our waitress literally to take order... Bring order... Take check. No napkins or asking of enjoyment. The bathroom was disgusting with flies hatching from the corner where the plunger is kept. Yummy.

Perfect atmosphere. Went on a double date here.. The upstairs is awesome... Kind of feels like VIP. And the waiter was super cool. The burger (with Blue Cheese and the mushrooms) was probably one of the best burgers Ive ever had. Definitely worth the price..

We came to bar louie to have drinks and appetizers prior to seeing Girls Trip (which was hilarious). Our bartender Phil was attentive and provided an overall amazing experience for us! Food and drinks were excellent. Definitely will return.

Good people, food and service. Everything was clean where I sat down - bathrooms were on par. Our bartender was a big tall guy - he was very friendly. Most importantly the beer was served cold with with a smile! Ill be back!

Ive had some pretty sketchy experiences at other Bar Louie locations, but this one is great. Relaxing environment, lots of screens for watching a game, and its in the perfect spot to grab food or drinks before a movie.

Normally I wouldnt pay such a high price for bar food but when they have promotional nights such as $1.00 burger nights on Tuesdays. You Cant beat it! Where else can you get burgers for a $1.00 thats not fast food?

Very badly poured drinks. I was there last night with a group of friends, and the general consensus was that we all paid for very expensive glasses of mixer. Will not be going back to any Bar Louie establishments.

Worst service. The bartender is cooking so the bar is a mess. And there is no manager in sight helping his staff better serve their guests. This place has had a very steady decline. Will be my last time here.
