I would give 5 stars for food quality, but the service from one individual was so disappointing that no pizza could redeem what happened. The delivery driver knocked on our door twice, and he was under the impression that we were ignoring him. The reason we did not answer the door was because when someone knocks on our door it sounds like it is also our neighbors door, and we have a lot of influx of guests. The driver asked "Do you guys want your pizza or not." We apologized and explained the situation and what we got as a response was a hearty "HUH?" We tipped $3 on top of that for grace sake. As far as solutions go, the driver could have easily called our number to confirm in a professional manner that he is at the delivery site, rather than making a sarcastic remark through our window. Are you serious? I called the manager, and received an apology and was told that he would speak to the driver about the service. The apology seemed sincere enough. I just wont be doing business with this outfit ever again.

My first time going was last night with a friend who had been before . Somehow my order got mixed up & I advised Jerry or Gary (patron shots sorry lol). Anyway he was a bit short with me and I was irritated after that and normally would come out my character. But let me tell you how God works on you and others in this day and time. This man came to our table a few minutes later and humbled himself and before you knew it , all three of us were in tears and hugging each other . Holding hands, UNITY among each other. America is only great with the many people from different walks of life. People who look different, talk different and even act differently sometimes . Last night in that moment I was glad to be born here. Funny how life works in us . That man was so sweet I plan to go back in a few weeks for my birthday as hug and love up on him some more. My brother by love and through Christ. Great food, drinks and beautiful people .

My husband and I come here on our date nights frequently, maybe a few times a month. We love the server Lori. She is awesome, always friendly, knows exactly what we want, is attentive and fast. With that being said we have had other servers we were not impressed with at all. Lori is the one we always hope is working when we go there. The bar tender is very friendly, and has taken the time to learn my husband and myself style of beer. He makes suggestions for new beers to try. Also, there is a chef in the back (not sure of his name) but when they were trying out their new burger choices, he came out to my husband and my table to ask how our burgers were and to tell us about the new burger choices. The prices are a little expensive on some things but, all around great food, great drinks, great service. We love this location.

Disappointed to find out the New York Pizza on Battleground tasted nothing like the one on Tate St. Seating areas was not confortable at all, probably designed by a midget. Pizza was normal nothing special about it, over priced, and worst of all my waiter was drunk and rude. The waiter didnt listen to what I was ordering, he tried to make me order beer or soda, I asked for water and he brought me a Coke!! So I guess Ill use your tip money for that soda. Good luck.

The pizza here is very good. Their NY style pizza is authentic and they seem to be fairly inexpensive for the amount of food you get. Their wings are ok, but nothing to really shout about. But to me a pizza place is for the pizza not really much else. If you are in the area it is a great place to stop and get lunch or dinner. The atmosphere is very New York with dark wood, black and white photos and bar stools.

Ive driven past this restaurant for years & wanted to try it. Finally got the chance today. Loved the decor and the seating. Bar looked nice but limited. I was impressed with the menu; very wide selection. Slices of pizza were just ok. Very greasy & not as hot as I would like. Definitely will go back to try more of the menu. Prices pretty good too.

I went for the first time with a friend whos visited several. She raved about their pizza and Stromboli. NY Pizza is the truth all the way down to their homemade ranch dressing. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the waitress didnt not write our order down and forgot a few things. The quality of the food is 5 stars.

This place is great everytime Im in Greensboro I make a point to swing through. Pizza are amazing. For me its all about a pizza and a few beers so I cant comment on much else. Update: Place is still great I live about 20 mins away and still make a dinner a few times a month.

Great food. I wish Ryan still worked there, because since he left the service has gone downhill, but I still enjoy this place a lot. They have a great special for one topping pizza at the beginning of the week. Id order from here more if that special ran all the time.

Great NY Pizza! I stepped in for an early lunch and grabbed a booth and the slice and salad special. Staff was welcoming and attentive. Couldnt ask for better all around. Lots of micro brews on tap that I am sure to partake in some evening in the future.

Awesome place for craft beer and really good pizza. Ill go to any pizza place that this guy owns because its always legit. Im from NY and laugh at people who eat papa Johns and dominoes. If you like a good pie you cant go wrong with this place

The best NY style Pizza in the area! My family had their manicotti and baked ziti last week and it was,"delicious...delicious!" Their delivery/Take-out service is really good, too. They were on time and delivered when they said they would.

I grew up in NY and just returned from a visit (and had some great NY pizza while I was there). The pizza here is good, but its not a NY pizza. But since NY is an 8 to 9 hour drive from here. This place is a great pizza option in NC.

The pizza and stromboli here are awesome. One of my favorite places to eat or take out. Location is easy to get in and out of. The staff is quick and attentive. If you’re a big pizza fan, you’d love this place. Period.

I live down the street and this is my local bar which is awesome. The delicious food and outstanding beer selection makes it even better and the staff is very courteous and friendly! I recommend NYP to anyone!

Ok. Really good pizza but the price is crazy.. Try dominoes new crust Brooklyn style. So so good 1/2 the price. Also sometime the person behind the counter doesnt look happy to serve you your to go pizza.

I thought Elizabeths was the best pizza in town. I was proven wrong. Plus they have DOZENS of beers. Many of which are on tap. Crisp crust with the good pepperoni. Best pizza in town, hands down.
