Absolute disgrace. My Daughter made reservation weeks ago for birthday party for her husband for 7 pm Saturday Feb.27 2016. After waiting in cold vestibule to almost 730 pm our party of 13 got seated after waiting for manager to find a table to add to three that took forever to be bussed and set. Then waited for manager to find extra chairs to have enough for our party to sit. Got seated. Another daughter recieved her salad with a hair included. Addressed waitress ...who said "I will get u another". She came back a few minutes later to tell my daughter that the salad had been removed from her bill. Are you kidding me? Her entire meal should have been complimentary at that point if she was even able to stomach it. Our pizzas were brought to table cold and was not very good for price. Daughter who made reservation ordered flatbread with no cheese and asked to add olives instead. Olives were so sparce it was rediculous especially since she let them hold the more expensive topping of cheese. Several others in party received wrong orders and had to ask for things they did order to be brought. The cupcakes my daughter brought and was told would be served after dinner were brought to table in bag and boxes that she gave you people in and the waitress said she was sorry..and I forgot. U have got to be kidding.

I must say that after my first visit I really liked this place. Food and service was really good. Had the "Windy City Works Thin Crust Pizza". Cant wait to return. Second visit......... service was really good, however the food wasnt exactly how I liked it. We got two menu items that were Cajun. It wasnt terrible though. Just not what I am used to. The mens room is in dire need of maintenance and repair. It wasnt dirty, just old and needs replaced. Owner must not want to spend the money. Third visit........ again, service was really good. And oh yes! I found another menu item that I really, really liked. Their "Shrimp and Crab Dip" was excellent. I certainly hope it wasnt a fluke and they make it this way all the time because Im going back for more. I again had the "Windy City Works Thin Crust Pizza". Just love it. As for the "Whole Hog Burger". Well, it wasnt terrible, but it wasnt for me. Just not my kind of burger although some really really like it.

We go to Uno because I am gluten intolerant and they have a nice selection from a gluten-free menu such as pizza, chili, and cheese stuffed chicken. The last time we went, however, we were seated along side of the bar to the right of the restaurant and the waiter that was serving us was not very attentive, the food was so-so, and the obnoxious guy at the bar was annoyingly loud. My advice: ask to be seated to the left of the restaurant away from the bar. The service and the food are usually much better, so perhaps this was an off night with certain staff? All in all, though, it is usually pretty good.

Went with my mom, sister, and niece for lunch. The 3 adults ordered from the lunch menu. The lunch menu guarantees your food within 10 minutes from ordering. After 20 minutes I asked for a manager. The food came out shortly after. We should have had 3 pepperoni flat bread pizza, which was the pizza of the day, only 2 of the pizzas had pepperoni. The waiter never refilled our drinks. When we were ready to leave, the manager said our entire bill had been taken care of due to our experience. I must say the pizza was good, but the service was not.

I went there for my birthday recently and I loved the deep dish pizza. It was a little expensive for my taste, but Id be willing to go back and pay the extra few dollars to have quality pizza. The only part of the experience I didnt enjoy was our waitress. She didnt smile often and didnt check on our table as often as she should have, even though we were there at a time when it wasnt busy. I still recommend UNO because the pizza is that good.

Was on vacation to Pittsburgh for the first time and this was one of our big dinners we had. This place has excellent service they even messed up our order but as the waitress was putting it on our table she noticed before we could say something. So they brought us a whole new pizza plus the one we had. Wood I recommend this restaurant to a friend visiting Pittsburgh. Yes I would.

I love visiting this location! One thing I order probably the only thing I order from here is chicken fajita pizza. It is no longer on the menu and but they do allow me to order it and most of the time they are spot on. Its a delicious blend of flavor with a deep dish crust. Customer service here is usually great and the overall dining experience is family friendly!

It was my first time here and I most likely will not be coming back. Sub par service no recommendations telling the server wed never been there. The food was okay but, the portion was way too small for the cost. We spent 50$ on an appetizer soup and two meals. I could have got it elsewhere it probably would have tasted better too for half the price.

We took our bikes on the trail and decided to stop for the lunch menu. the lunch menus food was very well priced and the amount of food it would take a whole day to eat it all and the flavors were amazing best value and price on the bike trail and need not to say that their beer selection is amazing

Have never had a bad experience here.... EXCEPT for now. We ordered our appetizer (chips and guacamole 15 mins ago and have still not received it. There were tables open yet we were told there would be a 10-15 wait. No one else was waiting. Very disappointed tonight

Got the bacon chededer burger and for 11$ it wasnt worth it. It felt like a kids sized burger, and I wonder how big keep da burgers REALLY are, probably like a slider. Food was good, but it was too pricey. I recommend this to a family thats got their money.

Very nice staff. They took nice care of us. But the menus were falling apart. Our table looked gross. It just looks like they need restain or something it was flaking. The bathroom door was busted. And the womans bathroom hot water didnt work...

One of our favorite places... love the entrée salads and the salmon. Excellent service, though sometimes it is busy enough to overwhelm the kitchen and food is slow to arrive, but staff are always attentive and appropriately friendly.

Th service was terrible! The waitress forgot about my food and when I finally got it , it was bad, had no flavor. We waited forever for our drinks, deserts etc.. I definitely wouldnt recommend this place.

Overpriced pizza with huge tomatoes in the pizza. I ordered burger sliders on another occasion. Wasnt well done like I asked so I took them and cooked them at home. They were good but wont be returning.

The place is over priced and the pizza taste like thawed Pizza hut crust reshaped and called deep dish. The waitress was over barring and hounding us while we ate. I would never come back!!!
