Today I came in for my lunch break and ordered my regular you pick 2, this is your choice of half of a sandwich and salad, or mac & cheese etc. It took 20 mins with one manager and two asociates taking orders, I finally get the order in to stay and was given a device to tell you when the food is ready. Now the entire line after me has received their food and is out the door, keep in mind I came first. I ask associate and she tells me someone will walk over, I sat down again patiently. 20 mins left out of my hour break I ask a manager about the food before she responds I was told I was being called upon but I was standing there the entire time watching her give away free soup because someone forgot to order. I finally get my food and realized I payed 13 for portions of food you would give a 4 year old. Wasnt worth it. Complete waste of money

Last time I ordered a turkey avocado blt they left off the turkey and avocado. I had done the rapid pickup so I didnt know until I got back to my office. They sent me a $10 gift certificate to compensate. Today I went to use the certificate and ordered the same thing. I got back to my office and the sandwich did have turkey this time but no avocado. It will be a long time before I do take out from Panera again. It wasnt even that busy today compared to the last time.

Came in for light dinner last night and ordered a Greek Salad. What I got was NOT a Greek Salad, When I just checked picture on salad menu I definitely did not get a Greek Salad, it was the other salad (full of kale). Needless to say, I couldnt eat it. This second time since management change my order has been wrong or bad (last time sandwich was horrible).

This Panera location is well kept and serves the standard fare for the Panera chain. My favorite part of dining here was the iced coffee and the steak and cheddar panini. It can be very busy around lunchtime, so plan on waiting around 10 minutes or so if you arrive between 11 and 1.

I have become addicted to their smoothies. Black Cherry is my favorite. All the food is great and service is wonderful. Its like a fast food restaurant but much nicer. Why go to the the outher fast food restaurants when the food is better and more healthy and at a reasonable price/

Strawberry Poppy seed Chicken Salad here is fresh and fantastic. Sure beats the Panera in Exeter. At least here you actually get the size salad they show on TV. Exeter skimps to the point of being laughable. I will drive the extra 30min to come here now.

Very clean and well-designed. All Paneras are comfy and cozy, but this one somehow takes it up a notch. Very nice staff, including the manager, who cut our bread.
