I regularly come to this panera for the Pick 2 deal. This a review for eating inside: the setting is nice with choice of patio sitting or indoor sitting which is awesome. Food has been always correct when ordered to stay and eat. I normally order a soup and salad combo, which shouldnt be to complicated, which means less possible chances of error. Staff is always courteous and helpful as well. The second part of my review is the "to go" meals: I have ordered three times from this panera and every time I ordered, there was a mistake. Some bigger than others, such as no chicken in my chicken Cobb salad to no pickles(even though I paid extra for them). And sadly I will have to give them an overall three stars for their continuous mistakes on the "to go" process.. But truly Id give them 4 stars if I never dealt with take out.

On Oct 31st 2013, I had come here to ask whether they do birthday parties. The beautiful young lady manager said, they wont do officially, but could arrange something. I agreed and they said they will reserve a corner place for that. Since we are veggies, the food options were limited. But all went very well. Food was awesome, just took a basket of Mediterranean veg sandwiches, couple of cup cakes (they dont have birthday cakes, but were kind enough to allow it from outside), two types of soups and a salad bowl. Bread and butter comes along with the order. I just paid for food and nothing else. I recommend all kinds of people to try this. Good luck Panera !

You can chose from many different restaurants in this complex but take a moment to consider Panera. This store in generally very clean, food is fixed hot and fast! The staff is super friendly, they help you decide on your meal if youre undecided. They also help you with the panera points program and the online app for free food items and discounts. In love with the seasonal items, autumn squash soup is amazing, so full of flavor! The super green juice is delicious and the chocolate crossaint is the perfect ending to a tasty, healthy meal! Ample parking!

Sign outside says Panera "BREAD". Upon ordering we were told they had no bread bowls, no dinner rolls, no french bread, no croissants or various other baked goods. This was at 8pm on a Friday evening. Had to order from the kiosk even though we were the only ones ordering amd the cashier was just standing there. Outside temp was 58- inside temp was a few degrees colder than that. Our food was brought out and, shocker, we were told "out of fruit cups" that we ordered. My family had to beg me to eat at this place, somehow I think we wont back anytime soon

I recently visited Panera Bread on Airport Rd and was really disappointed with my meal. I chose the upick2 Tuna Salad Sandwich with Creamy Tomato soup. The sandwich was 1/2 the size it usually is with very little tuna inside, the leaf of lettuce was not fresh (it appeared to have been kept under very cold temperatures) and the staff omitted to give me croutons with my (tiny) cup of soup. I dont mind paying $$$ for good food but this was an expensive meal for the quality. Also, my table had not been cleaned, I had to do the cleaning myself.

Quality! ...The food is very tasty and the ambiance is so nice. They always have a fireplace and theyre always clean and friendly. Its a bit more of an old fashioned bistro than a fast food place. Quite a bit healthier, classier and a little pricier. You can tell they put a lot of effort into making each soup sandwich or bakery item taste good. A great place to meet a colleague for lunch or a friend for coffee.

JOE needs to be pulled aside and trained on the basics of customer service. I cannot believe how poor and ridiculously pathetic his customer service skills were. He threw my receipts and change onto the counter and failed to display any of the courtesy I had observed being given to previous customers before me in line. Overall, unacceptable and appalling experience.

The more you eat here, the more benefits you accrue, this store is clean and features outdoor dining. Sadly or luckily, its not far from the Lehigh Valley Thruway)Route 22, but hey, there are umbrellas for shade. Access to Airport Center and departing the center can be confusing and slow. Allow a few extra minutes. Ample parking. Staff is friendly.

Service at the register and after was excellent! The cashier was very patient with me even though I changed my mind a few times. When I was ready to leave, I was tidying up my table and was about to disperse of my tray and tableware when another employee offered to take care of that for me also!!!

I just had the best brunch of my life!! The turkey and bacon sandwich that I had was amazing!! The bread was fresh and crispy. The pickle on the side just excellent and the orange juice was amazing. The staff was the best. Excellent Customer Service just what I love!! You guys rock!! :)

Greentea here is amazing, fuji apple chicken salad, chicken noodle is good and the bakery is to die for especially the bread, now that they have free refills on the tea I have to go at least 2 times a week. I do miss the grilled fontina cheese sandwich

Good location with friendly staff. Prefer this one to the other location on Center Street because this one seems less busy and more relaxed. Have come here with my laptop to do work and its a good environment for that.

The food is always fresh and tasty. The bummer is..... The two stores closest to us are always out of plain bagels....even when we call ahead. Not sure why... My wife loves the plain bagels

Filthy and poor customer service. Stopped at this panera while in town for an event. Hadnt been cleaned for days. People were rude. Never again to this in Allentown.
