So, I am excited to go to Panera bread this morning and get a cinnamon crusted bagel with cream cheese. Ive had the breakfast sandwiches on the same bagel which is awesome and wanted to try the bagel w cream cheese.. I ordered my bagel, toasted and a large coffee and paid my $4.99. I took my cup and started my coffee and before I could fill the cup, a girl had handed me my bagel. I said "wow that was quick", and she just smiled. I took my coffee and bagel and when I got to work I took the bagel out of the bag to find a cold container of cold cream cheese under it. Panera promotes a great customer service atmosphere but this didnt seem to be. I felt, "here is your bagel see you later". Other places will prepare your bagel and charge less. Panera you need to get on the ball. PUT THE CREAM CHEESE ON THE BAGEL FOR THE CUSTOMER. I wont be back anytime soon I may not even come back for the breakfast sandwiches. How unfortunate for me.

This location brings consistent disappointment. Being a tremendous Panera Bread fan, I was beyond excitement when Panera Bread came to Quakertown. However, I have tried this locations services 4 times and was disappointed every time. I have tried both dining in and the take-out. Twice on a weekend and twice on a weekday. And they were only really busy the one time I was there. Its not the food that is bad, it is the service, the food preparation, the way the customer is treated. EVERY time my food was prepared wrong. When I went back it was either my fault or a quick replacement was made without any sort of apology even muttered. Next time I am craving Panera Bread, I will drive the extra miles to Allentown or Bethlehem to be treated correctly and have my food made properly. At least I know if a mistake is made it will be fixed with a smile.

I know...people only write reviews when theyre angry. Apparently, Q-town Panera is really good on opening night when the eyes of management and tons of customers are watching. However, remove the veneer of an opening night and you get disinterested employees, shortages of menu items, and food not served the way the customer ordered. An expediter distracted other employees with nonstop talking while they prepared the food, which turned out to be crucial when a) the order took forever, and b) we discovered our salads did not have the chicken ordered (we sure paid for it, though), and my wife got tomatoes on her sandwich that she specifically said not to add (it was a take-out order, btw). Lots of choices in a crowded food landscape in this town, people....do better.

I was so happy to hear Panera bread was coming to Quakertown. My boyfriend and I waited a couple of months after the crowd wound down. March of 2014, we went in and the staff were complaining about some employee, they did not even look over at us until I spoke up and said" we had never been here before". A girl responded and was pleasant. We ordered the grilled cheese and the broccoli and cheese bread bowl. I ordered the half salad which was about a 1/2 cup of greens and 3-4 shrimp. The shrimp were good but certainly not worth over $7.00. The grilled cheese was not even grilled. There was no grill marks on the bread and it was soft. The cheese was melted, We assumed it was microwaved. We both left hungry and $22.00 less in our pocket.

I went through the drive thru. I always get the You Pick 2. It has always been about $7 something for the you pick two. For some odd reason, this time it was about $9? And it didnt say the price was changed on the board. Still the $7 something price. When I called a different location they said that the prices changed about 6 months ago. When I was there a few weeks ago it was only $7 something. So what exactly changed and why is it not on the board..? Also, the ice tea doesnt taste that great and if you go later in the day, the food tastes less fresh.. I dont mind their food, its good, but Im really disappointed in this.

Im always guilty of writing negative reviews and said to myself that I would write a positive review every time I have a good experience. I used the drive through on my visit. The gentleman who took my order was very friendly. Alexis took my payment and delivered the food. She smiled the entire time, got my panera info (usually missed in the drive thru). Food was the perfect portion and delicious. Very friendly service.

Food was good, I expected it would be. I came in a 7am on a Thursday morning and the store was very slow and yet finding a clean table was a little tough. I understand if theyre very busy it may be harder to keep up, but it was slow and maybe 4 diners sitting at tables. Im sure this wasnt an ongoing problem, its probably anot employee not doing their job.

Used the drive thru today, the young lady did not thank me, when I thanked her, her reply was "no problem", when I pulled around to pick up my food, I decided not to say thank you to see what this employee would say, all she said was "there you go". What happened to thanking customers?? I get better service at the McDonalds drive thru. Shame on you!

Skip it. This Panera was so dirty. The pos workers were wearing dirty shirts, the floor was a mess, my plate and bowl had old food and some green sauce that wasnt part of my meal. The topper was the moldy clump of parmesan in my salad. Thought it might have been blue cheese. It was not. Gross all around.

The employees were polite and helpful. The restaurant was clean and well appointed. The portions were very small. The specialty teas were very weak and bland. Left hungry and stopped on the way home to get something to eat, and I am a medium sized person. Didnt feel it was anywhere close to the cost.

Weve eaten at this Panera quite a few times since its opened because we keep wanting to give it another chance. Today however we were both disappointed. I actually threw out my tomato and mozzarella panini because it was missing the tomato spread and only had one slice of tomato that tasted off.

Food is great of course, but the customer service is above and beyond. I was there with my toddler, and the manager offered to bring our food out for me, got us water, and cleared our table for us when we were done. Great experience dining out with a little one in tow!

We have gone here 3 time. 2 times I got coffee and none was available. Another time the bathrooms were very unsatisfactory. 2 of the 3 times out orders came out wrong. Since when is there no cob in cob salad. We will not be going back.

Food is fine but the staff always seem to be having loud drama in the kitchen, particularly in the late afternoon/early evening. Their shouting and grousing back and forth does not make for a pleasant dining experience.

Its a Panera. Clean, food was good and fresh. Ample parking. Service was pretty fast, but they werent crazy busy at lunch when we went. A little difficult to get into and not totally obvious from the road.
