Every time I decide to give this place another chance, Im disappointed. For starters, they almost NEVER answer the phone. If youre lucky enough to get someone to answer, their English is HORRIBLE and you pretty much know, things arent going to be right. Sunday, was no different. I called and made my order and was told it would be 35-45 minutes. Great! Theyll get here, about 15 minutes before kickoff. WRONG! They got to my house (5 minutes away) at 1:17 and you guessed it, they were cold! I called and spoke with the highly intelligent manager, Keisha (SP) and she was as rude as could be. I was told I could either wait ANOTHER hour and take my chances on the pizzas being cold, OR, I could go pick them up from the store, myself. She was not apologetic, nor did she offer me anything for her crew of MENSA members being so awful. Instead, she kinda tossed my pizzas on the counter and walked away. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOLE IN THE WALL. SOON, THERELL BE ANOTHER 7-11 THERE.

I have given this place numerous tries. First time I ordered was several months ago. Everything was great, but it has been downhill ever since. They started leaving off toppings and the drizzle and/or crust flavoring I ordered. Every order was done online, and I would even check the receipt that I was given when food was delivered. Instructions were there, just not followed. This last time I ordered food and the delivery time was nearly 3 hours. I tried to call several times, waiting a couple of minutes with no answer each time to try and cancel my order. I finally drove to the store to cancel it in person, while still on the phone. I walked in, could hear their phone ringing, even saw an employee standing around in back, no one would answer. Talked to the manager, was told that it was a busy time (and it was, except I guess for the one employee in the back) and that they could not answer the phone or make timely deliveries. Not willing to give them another chance.

Horrible customer service, didnt know there own menu I asked for a chocolate dessert was told they didnt have anything of the short then was rushed off the phone and didnt get my payment info i called back to give my credit card info and asked the next person who answered about the hersey cookie and had it added then when my food came only one pizza box came in (no second box or my dessert cookie) called and was told i had to wait on the phone for 15 min before i could make a complaint of not getting my food i already paid for, i had to drive down to the store in order to get the food i paid for and caught attitude from the manager as if it was my fault smh worse experience ever second time so far

Placed an order at 6:45pm for delivery. After 1 hour, my father called back to see why the pizza and wings were taken so long. The male on the phone told my father that the pizza was on the way... Its 9:06pm and I called back to confirm that the pizza never left because they made a huge mistake and placed the order under carry out!!! How bad is that! Worst scenario is the manager- female argued with my dad and sister. This will be the lest time we order Pizza Hut. We placed our order at Dominos and shared out bad experience. They through in a comp 2 liter soda just for the inconvenience of another brand!!! Pizza Hut has gone down hill, especially at the dump!

Although the food it delicious... The service sucks ass! I was trying to call to place my order for carry out. As I was driving there so I wouldnt have to wait so long. It took me 15 mins to get from my house to Pizza Hut on sudley. I called 4 times finally on the 5th try someone answered put me on hold as Im on my way to the resturant. So I got there and I was still on hold. 6:23 on hold to be extra, I am sitting waiting for my order and the phone has been ringing since I arrive to place my order, its been seven mins. The Pizza Hut has a history of not picking up the phone, I dont understand what they are running here but THE SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!

awful service... I live just a little over 2 miles from this place and have yet to receive a single order in less than 2 hours. Every once in a while I decide to give them a chance to redeem themselves but Im let down every time. To top it off, the pizza is usually cold by the time it gets here. Dont waste your time or money with these guys. Hell, you could drive to the grocery store, pick up the ingredients, and make the pizza yourself in a shorter amount of time than these guys take to get it to you. By the way, Im now at 2 1/2 hours without getting my pizza...

Terrible experience everytime I order from here. Most recently, I placed an order online for delivery. After 2 hours and having nothing delivered I attempt to contact the store to check on my order. Nobody would answer the phone. Called back 30m later and someone finally answered. Apparently someone in the store had mistakenly changed my order to carryout. I had to drive to the store after 2 and a half hours of waiting for my delivery to pick up my order. The manager, "Perla", refused to do anything about it or compensate for the collosal mistake.

My family which is my husband and little girl went to dine in couple of times . By far the worst service . Always dirty . And always make you wait for an hour to tell you sorry were busy you have to wait another hour for your food . I went back couple times because I didnt want to be too quick to judge. On 3/8/17 I called at 6:15 got one large pizza . Its now 7:35 no show nothing . So I called the store someone picked up and said its ready and hangs up . So so unprofessional Im speechless of the services of this Pizza Hut in manassas .

I love pizza hut especially my 4 year old son, but the customer service was no good. I came to pick up an online order. The guy didnt even smile or greet me when he got my order he was turnt around talking to another employee handing me my bag and when I go to grab it he let go so it fell down on the counter. He didnt say anything. I puffed air out of anger and walked out. Very rude! Management needs to pay attention and train their staff on how to give excellent customer service thats what brings back customers

Customer Service, Employee Appearance, Hospitality, Cleanliness (dine-in/lobby/kitchen) and the time spent to place and receive my order were not satisfactory in our opinion. The employees were rude and inattentive, not properly groomed with poor appearance. This establishment is dirty and not maintained. In our opinion, the local Health Department shall perform an inspection at this location. The total time we spent was approximately 45 minutes. We will no longer be Pizza Hut customers.

Service is very lacking. I ordered 3 items. 1 was not delivered. Pretty sure my phone calls were ignored after being disconnected the first time I called to inquire about the missing item. I had given all the information to whoever I spoke with, yet, after being disconnected they still didnt try to correct their error. To top it off there was no answer to my repeated phone calls. I did reach them, finally, the next day to get my money back. I dont think Ill order here again.
