This is the first time in 20 years I have this terrible experience with CFA. I order same food every time, the chargril chicken sandwich. This time it take me 20 minutes to stand in front of the counter to wait. Every time I ask the manager the reason. She said because the new crew is under training and it take more time to prepare. It was 1pm in a busy afternoon, and I dont think is a good time for training. Even I dont think it take that long to make the sandwich. Finally I get my food. The only word I get from your manager is sorry.

Its a Good place and the the staff is friendly. But beware of your valuables. I lost an expensive winter jacket, on 15 March, 2017 during lunch. I empty my tray and come back, its gone... Security is lacking.
