4 stars ONLY because the food is good. Food is great, but service needs work. I frequent this location regularly. The service is just average usually. Nothing terrible, but nothing great. However, todays service was WAY below average. I called at 7:08 AM this morning, Wed, 12/30/15, to place my pick up order. I was trying to decide if I wanted to add something else, so I asked a simple question: are you guys busy right now or not really? Im about 5 minutes away. The lady on the phone actually responded with: "The quicker I get off the phone, the quicker I make your food. What else do you want?" I immediately responded with, "Wow, nevermind, just cancel my order. That was extremely bitchy. Goodbye!" and hung up. It wasnt even just WHAT they said - it was HOW they said it.. like she was in a very bad mood and didnt care who she affected.Great job on pissing your customer off first thing in the morning. Ill be avoiding you guys for awhile until hopefully you can get your crap together and treat your customers with respect.

The food here is great. Unfortunately that is all. There is never anyone involved in the management of this establishment available which leaves a bunch of highschoolers trying to run a somewhat busy breakfast place going alone. I live too far to take food back when they screw it up so Ive basically just stopped going. Its a huge disappointment but its the only place in the area my husband can get a bagel with Lox

Their bagels are wonderful. I am from NY and I know a good NY bagel! Also lots of different options there, I go there frequently. My only complaint is sometimes service is lacking.Sometimes you will stand there for a long time before anyone acknowledges you. I understand they might be doing something, but simply saying "Hello, Ill be with you in just a minute" goes a long way towards customer service.

Yes bagels are great but the service is horrible. They just got my order wrong again and when I got home I called and they dont answer the phone. When I was waiting in line to order the phone rang and rang and there were 2 employees standing right beside the phone and they just let it ring.

This place ROCKS! The food is great but the Service is better! The flavored coffees are awesome! This is one of the best bagel stores I have ever been in. 5 stars is not enough it deserves 10 stars, it truly does!!!!!!!!

My wife and I loveeeeeee grabbing bagels done the way we like from here. Honestly... I get the bacon and cheese and they have rhe most amazing bacon... always perfect... never fatty... mmmmmmm.
