Never again, the owner was rude and took no time to help me or my mother. The bakery was dirty and the employees were to busy talking to each other. The cake was dry and there was so much icing it made me sick. It looked like a 2 year old decorated it. Wish I could reclaim the lost time I spent with this bakery. I was so upset when I served the cake, wish I had more ice cream to serve with it. DO NOT GO HERE, THE GROCERY STORE IS BETTER!

Only ordered one cake thus far but I was very happy with it. It was for my sons 5th birthday (a skull cake). Not only was the price great she made the cake beautiful!!!! Next birthday we will def use her again. Best tasting cake Ive ever had too.... Way better than anything giant or redners could ever do and in my opinion they are overpriced. Why not do this and get exactly what you want?

Wouldnt recommend. Went in for a "tasting" as they call it, to a somewhat impossible to find and even harder to find parking location,to find two flavors available to try on the counter. Waited for ten minutes while the owner took a phone call even though there were several employees present. If I have to fight for your attention before you have my money, what happens once you have it?

This is the best place to buy any cake you like, from Wedding cakes to just regular cakes. There are thousands of combinations to choose from, but you must call ahead, as everything is freshly made to order. The quality is A++++++. Prices are fair, and for the value, the prices are fantastic. Give them a try, and you will never buy a cake from another bakery.

My family adores this place. Delicious cakes and great decorations. And weve only had wonderful experiences with Anne Louise. I honestly am very confused about the other reviews on google, such that I almost dont believe theyre actually customers. But, I suppose every business/person has their off days... I would definitely recommend this place!

Amazingly delicious desserts. She made a super cute tasty Pokeball cake that was perfect. Also their sea salt cashew carmels were great and so was the Valentines Day croquembouche. A great go to for any cakes and desserts. Customer service is also excellent and personable.

Best dessert place in Berks county, by far and possibly in SE PA. Designs and appearance are even better than the taste. Perfect every time. And they have even better and more cost effective cupcakes than all the silly cupcake shops with their stale candy cupcakes.

The cakes we beautiful and tasted wonderful! They made my event! The owner took her time with all my questions and was very accommodating of my food allergies. I have recommended using her to everyone! Its a little hard to find but it is totally worth it!
