I am a big fan of Panera, I think they have a wonderful business model and terrific food. I am at a Panera at least 4 times a week as I travel a lot with work. Among all the different franchises Ive visited; Fayetteville is the most inconsistent location. When they are good theyre great but when theyre bad its a disaster. I have placed three orders from them this week alone and each time they either forgot something (silverware or food ordered) or sold out of a product and kept us waiting without informing us. I hate to sound arrogant here but your customers time is valuable. Incorrect orders are frustrating especially when food is ordered online where the staff can read exactly what it ordered on a printed ticket. I cannot stress this part enough - If you are sold out of something (especially a rapid pick up order) let your customers know so that they can pick something else from the menu as opposed to sitting there waiting without a clue. This is not to say that they are the absolute worst Panera to dine in - they just need to lend a bit more attention to customer service and producing quality results.

I will NEVER eat here again, i place my order togo when i get there ask for my soup with a bread bowl, wait 20 minutes to get my food its not to go they have to redo it they give it i get out to my car ,no bread bowl go back in with my 4 year old i ask for my bread bowl they tell me there out. Didnt have the decency to tell me when i got my order let me find out in 20 minutes when I get home. Thanks alot. Glad i checked my bag in the parking lot

The food is good but almost every order is missing one or more items. I use their rapid pickup option and I literally have to unpack the bag before leaving to see what is missing. It is rare that the order is complete. I am mystified why they cant seem to get the orders correct since it is printed right on the receipt taped to the bag. It is a sad day when you are more confident in your order being accurate from McDonalds than Panera Bread.

Im gonna go with the word terrible. Tried to order delivery online. At first it would only allow me to select a later date, then said delivery wasnt available via their website. So I called three separate times trying to place an order that way. Each time the phone rang endlessly and then turned into a disconnected tone. Ill eat cardboard before I ever give this location business.

Always great service at this location! Friendly, fast staff have no problem working through custom orders. Although the place is usually crowded, one can usually find a place to sit and enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. The menu choices dont change much, but that can be good for some people --especially those with kids! It is expensive if you dont choose carefully.

Coffee, toast and oatmeal this morning. Served quickly. Id like to see more attention to wiping tables and seats. There is room for improvement to keep the Fayetteville location cleaner. Debris and food under the table detract from my experience. I am here often and dont think my comments are overly critical.

5 stars is based on context - When I want fast food, Panera is my only choice. This is my local p.b. and Ive never had any issues. Its our go-to for coffee and travel food. I love to start a long drive with a power breakfast sandwich.

Good food and free wifi. Fairly busy all the time, I recommend using the iPad kiosk to place your order. A little more expensive, but you are getting fresh food that isnt processed.
