My friend ordered a tuna melt; there was no tomato on it and the tuna was cold but most importantly she found a very long hair in it! The waitress tried to tell us it couldnt have come from the staff?? She got my friend something different then charged us for the replacement! I ordered a Mexican Chicken Wrap, it was suppose to contain rice, grilled chicken, jalapenos, Salsa, sour cream, and cheese; what I got was rice pilaf(it had peas in it) banana peppers(because people dont like jalapenos) and the sour cream is on the side(you have to request it). So in closing, their menu is completely inaccurate and you wont get what you order unless you complain!! Also expect to pay for replacement food when your first dish contains hair!! Dont ask the hostess questions either because even though hes super nice, he cant change anything for you and isnt sure of the policies!!

I REALLY like this diner! I visited for the first time on Saturday. Service was quick and friendly. Diner was clean and cheery. Lots of families, many with children, and 2 large groups of sports teams who appeared to be celebrating victories. My sister and I ordered from the special menu section for senior citizens. Enjoyed very good entrees plus soup (her) and salad bar (me), plus one cooked vegetable each, plus dessert, all for only $16 including tax. Senior portions are a little smaller than regular portions, but were plenty big enough and a great value. I "collect" diners and visit them often and try to visit as many as I can. This is one of the best! If I lived nearby, Id be here nearly every day.

Only one other customer in restaurant and went in and sat at counter. No acknowledgement from the cashier and sat over 5 minutes without anyone coming out to wait on me. Left and went to Rockville Filling Station and had a cup of coffee and menu sitting in front of me within 30 seconds. I only post his because this is the nth time that I have received similar service, or rather lack of. I actually called the restaurant immediately after I left and asked to speak to a manager. Although pleasant, all she would state is "Im sorry". Not: "whats your name?, allow us to correct this"......... 0 Stars

Sorry about my name, but waitress Katherine is extremely extremely rude. Cursed at us on the way out, for god knows why because we "ignored" her, dont know how when we ignored her? She called me and my friend 2 bitches. We did not tip her but it was a 17 dollar bill. Tip wouldnt do much. If you want better service and tips get the morning shift. People who want a quick bite sometimes wont tip. Extremlely rude just for not tipping. Keep in mind tipping isnt madatory, I usually do tip but it was 2 am, maybe if you want better money dont work late night. Very angry.

Walked in, wasnt greater by the 3 employees staying in front of me. I had to ask to be seated. The waited mumbled so low I could barley hear him. My toast was burnt beyond edible, and when I requested new toast I caught attitude from the waitress. The second batch of toast was hardly toasted with a slob of butter laying just in the middle. I requested my cheese be cooked in with my egg like an omelette, instead it was layered right on top. Waited almost 15 min for a second cup of coffee. I will not ever go there again.

Horrible service and even worse food. Arrived at the diner with a friend and waited for the waiter to come back 20 minutes later. 20 minutes! The staff seemed immature and young and inexpiereanced. Then we received our food, which to put it nicely - was horrible. Bland, tasteless, old, and lacked variety. It was also overpriced and smelled bad

Have you ever gone somewhere and felt immediately at home? Thats what the A&N diner is like. The food is typical diner fare with a Greek flare (try the spanikopita and the baklava!), but it is the customers and the owners, Vasso and her son Nick, that will keep you coming back!

Got the Monte Cristo sandwich and it was mediocre. The french toast in it acted nicely to sop up the grease. Fries were unsalted and bland. My gal pal got the gyro and it actually was pretty tasty. Atmosphere was typical classic diner. Probably would skip a repeat.

I have been eating here for at least 10 years. Recently the food quality has plummeted along with the portion sizes and yet the prices have gone up. I would recommend patronizing other diners in the area.

Usually is good but late night tough to get service. Not crowded only 1 waitress who was busy with regulars, i guess. Seemed upset she had to get our food. Food over cooked

Reasonably priced diner, but the food was bland. I ordered spaghetti, but it tasted like water mixed with shoe leather. On the other hand, the salad bar was excellent.

An amazing family-run environment, deeply rooted in the community, and extremely charitable as long as Ive known them. The food is amazing, and customs orders are great!

Great 24 hour diner with reasonable prices and mediocre food. My kinda spot. Ya hardly ever see bugs in this place and they have the real nice knock off ketchup.

Good typical diner. It gets very crowded, as does the parking lot, so going early is better. The pancakes are a little dry, but the omelets are tasty!

The food is very good. It is wheelchair accessible. But it does have a long wait.
