Ill try to make this short... Earlier today I left home for work and Ive been thinking about getting pizza for lunch. My supervisor decided hes going to get pizza as well, so we decided to go half and half on a large pizza. Got to Franks and waited my turn to order. The person before me placed their order, got their receipt and stepped aside. I placed my order and asked how much was it, because my supervisor and I were going half and half so I wanted to know whats half. The lady (cashier) told me the price and I gave her the money. The cashier gave me the change and no receipt which Im supposed to receive with my change automatically. So I kindly asked her for the receipt, please. She gave me the receipt with and attitude like; "sure, heres your receipt" and slammed it onto the counter and walked away. I was shocked because all I did was ask for my receipt so I can show the supervisor how much he had to pay. In shock I stood there just looking at her (the cashier). She walked back towards me and said; "what? You asked for your receipt." So I replied by asking her if Im not allowed to ask for my receipt? She said I had an attitude about it which shes entitled to interpret the way one speaks as she like, but I never gave her an attitude. She (the cashier) then went on to say I cant afford the pizza, which was $11.61. So I questioned her about that because I clearly paid for the pizza at that point. She told me to go have a seat and I refused to sit down. I asked for my money back and she told me I can not have my money back because the pizza was already being made. I told her sell it as slices because at this point Im upset but still trying to remain respectful. I spoke to the manager and he (the manager) told her (the cashier) to give me back my money. She gave me the money back and I stood there to count it and she said; "you got your money, now leave." I said; "Ill leave, when Im finished counting my money." She (the cashier) then replied "if I can." First she suggested that I cant afford to buy a pepperoni pizza, now shes implying that I cant count. Now the manager started to yell across the room asking me if I got my money yet and if I got my money I should leave or he will call the cops. I told him he can call the cops cause all Im doing is counting my money. I left three co-workers there and they told me the pizza wasnt even good and they thought she was being racist. I dont want to believe this was a race thing. Up to now I dont understand why this happened. I also observed the same cashier picking up pizza to put in the oven with the same hand she used to hold customers money. Shes supposed to use a spatula or have someone who isnt handling money serve the pizza. And there goes my lunch break.

I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt for years now and have been disappointed every time. I stopped going there in 2013 because every time I went in our table had an error or extremely slow service or just poor quality food. I was there just the other day and my sister had her meal screwed up twice...the second time, it wasnt even close to what she had ordered. The waitress was almost flabbergasted so Im not sure where the error occurred but this has been a ongoing problem with this restaurant. I have never had any issue with the other Franks in the area (191 and 248). I only went back to this restaurant for a family dinner, there were only 5 of us so I wouldnt say we overwhelmed the waitress. 2 salads, 2 apps and 5 dinners shouldnt be an issue with even the smallest kitchen. Very sad because I was excited to see one open so close but I now opt to drive to the other italian restaurants. The place is clean and staff is very friendly but it goes downhill fast after that. I would not ever recommend this place to anyone and its very sad to say. Compared to the other Franks in the area the food is less than spectacular, food is dry and bland and the portions are very small in comparison to the other places. It is almost like the kitchen staff just does not care and just slaps things together...at least my meals have been. Guys, get your stuff together!

The food was good. The only reason I rated this a 1 is because as my mother and I were enjoying our food, this lady (who seemed to be in some position of authority) began to raise her voice with a rude demeanor at a boy about how he didnt do the soda order the way he was asked too. Not only was she disposable rude, she raised her voice and completely embarrassed this boy in front of everyone in the restaurant including myself. She made him look like he was stupid. If that wasnt enough, she then was asked a question from another employee and rudely said "dont you see me doing something". This lady was nothing but rude and revolting and for that reason I will not be coming back and I suggest you dont either. I wont spent one penny supporting someone who treats their employees that way. I suggest this place get some new management. The food was wonderful. She was not. #learnhowtotreatyouremployees

I have tried time and time again to eat here because it is very close to where I live. The pizza is terrible. I do not know if they mixed up the recipe for the pizza dough with the box that the pizza comes in. It tastes like cardboard! The sauce is bland, and the cheese is greasy. My wife, son, and I have tried many different items from their menu. Almost all of the items are from the freezer! The chicken for the chicken parm is pre made somewhere else, and all they do is heat it up! Almost all of their food is pre made and frozen! Zero taste! None! My boss has gotten food from there catered for Christmas, Easter, and Thanksgiving. The hoagie tray is so terrible, I couldnt eat it. The "meat" had no taste, and the bread isnt even made there! Terrible food at a high price. If quality is what you are looking for, steer clear!

Please GO OUT OF BUSINESS! Worst food ever. Ordered 2 weeks ago for delivery. It was bad them. Took an hour and a half to get a Caesar salad. Owner gave us a $10 gift certificate for the trouble so chalked it up to a bad night. Used the certificate tonight. Big mistake! We will never go back. Italian sub with spoiled meat. Chicken parm sub, mushy as if put through a blender and best of all - NOT. Panini with shrimp, arugula, tomato and provolone. FOUL! Took a picture but it wont let me post it. I will gladly send it to anyone who wants it. You decide but 5 shrimp on 2- 6" round pieces of tasteless 2" high bread and 2 slices of tomato do not make a panini!

I am usually humble when it comes to dining out, but wow the grilled chicken sub i just had was terrible. The chicken was completely burnt, not to mention there wasnt much chicken to begin with. I am sorry, but I know there was no Heart put into making the sandwich. Im not sure how the other food is, but based on the meal i just had, Im going to ignorantly assume it isnt much better.
