Great food, lots of locals. Has gotten way too expensive over the last 10 years. They jacked up prices at least 3 times. Took my 2 kids out for breakfast a few weeks ago after not having gone there in a few years (we used to be weekly regulars) and our bill for the 3 of us was over $40 with tip. Just not worth it anymore. Like everyone else they double dipped when gas prices shot up over $4 a gallon awhile back and then again a few years later after prices went back down then up again some. Will rarely go anymore. A shame. Its the locals with a sense of nostalgia that keep this place in business now. If you have a ton of money the breakfasts are great but lunch/dinner arent anything special, just normal diner fare.

It all starts with the greeting at the door and was progressively worse. The hostess said she was going on brake but she inconveniently sat us. It took the waitress 10 minutes to arrive at our table . customers around us were complaining about their orders not cooked properly and missing items. Although they claimed to have a breakfast menu, they said they could make breakfast but no menu available. Our food was less then stellar. Club sandwich was weak, egg sandwich mostly bread, daughters egg sandwich was a joke. I have been here before and did not enjoy this place and now will never come back again. This place is old and antiquated. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

We were frequent diners, but a busy schedule prevented us from getting there for a few months. We always enjoyed the food, service and the value. 1st noticed the lack of customers that were always lined up waiting. This was a bad sign. Not sure if they changed owners? Such a big difference from before. Prices way up, service was not great, and food was horrible. No customers in the diner and we waited forever for the food. The waitress said it was because I order broiled salmon and broiling takes a long time - what????? Last night was the last time we will be going there. Such a shame :(

I have a saying about diners. If you walk in and think youve entered a meeting of the AARP, youre at the right place. This is definitely the right place. Been going there for pretty much all of my 47 years. Sure, from time to time, you get a bad meal. But by-and-large, its been very, very good. To me, the place is a treasure that is often taken for granted, an institution if you will. I couldnt imagine it NOT being there.

Lettuce & Tomato NOT included?? I came here with my husband and daughter and was disappointed. The waitress was blank and the menu was confusing and overall weird. Worst of all, my husband wanted a cheeseburger and you have to pay al la carte for all toppings! At $0.35 each. That just seems ridiculous. We left without ordering and wont go back.

This place can be packed at times. Thats because it is popular with the locals, especially after church. Dont expect fancy menus and fancy food, but for a reasonable price you will get what you can cook yourselves at home. Everyone is pleasant there; you can tell it is a family business and thats why you go back over and over again.

We went for breakfast on a friday morning. A little busy but we were seated right away. The waitress was attentive. It is easy to spot the regulars as the waitstaff call them by name. Food was tasty, hot, and came out quickly despite being so busy. Thumbs up.

Food is good but the portions a little skimpy for the cost and the usual diner portion size. Service was pretty good though. Dissapointed that my bill was over $40.00 including a tip,for me ,my wife and two young boys. Sun. Brunch buffet is a good deal.

1/4 of the place empty, no line and I was told I would not be seated until my breakfast companion arrived. Rudely told. Now an old lady with a cane was told, no she may not sit yet, until a booth is cleared - when 3 ready booths are in view.
