Everything from the appetizers to the desserts (creme brulee...yum) is delicious and beautifully presented by the chefs in their busy kitchen. The service is always friendly even on crazy days like Mothers Day. We had mozzarella bread, calamari (so light and yummy) french onion soup that stayed hot tobthe last drop, burgers, pulled pork, jerk pork wih coconut rice and the seared scallops with wasabi potatoes and everything was done perfectly and well presented. And if you are lucky enough to get a window seat the view is gorgeous and serene. We were treated to a double rainbow over the lake yesterday. We travel an hour and a half to get there and it is worth the time. Plus they never make you feel rushed so we take our time there too. Cannot wait to come dine al fresco. Thank you Martin, Madelaine, Nina and Henry and all the staff at Lakeside for a wonderful Mothers Day out!

Top notch live music every Friday and Saturday (with no cover charge) so I have a few, really enjoy the band, chill out on the deck and look up at the sky and take in the view of lake, use the clean restroom, have another drink, more cool music... And so on. The crowd is good people and you can see that the owner is a truly caring guy. Everything Ive eaten there was great so now I go there off the weekend too for a bite to eat. Everyones having a good time there and there are so few reviews? Come on guys and speak up with me!

The food was excellant and the place was beautiful inside. The service was terrible. The waitress came and took our food order and never returned until it was time to hand out the bill. We sat for at least 30 minutes after we were done eating waiting for someone to come by so I could ask for a box. I honestly think we could have gotten up and walked out with out paying the bill and no one would have ever noticed we were gone. Very disappointing.

We went to The Lakeside for the first time tonight for dinner. WOW were we impressed. The first thing I noticed was the great facility. The bar was beautiful and the view from our seats were great. Our waitress Trish was excellent. She was spot on and did a terrific job. I had a rib eye steak that was done perfectly. All of the food was exceptional and I highly recommend The Lakeside for a great night out with friends or family.

Weve found the food to be a little hit and miss but not bad for basic bar food. Nice view of the lake from the deck and inside. Nice bar. Drinks are adequate but my last dirty martini wasnt made very well (almost no olive juice and too much vermouth). Live music on some nights. Service has always been pretty good. Not bad overall.

We love Lakeside, the food is great, its a nice relaxed atmosphere, and the live music is fantastic. We order take out regularly and we eat there on the weekends. I love the grilled wings, my wife always orders the trio of tacos. The Lakeside is a gem.

I love this place! The food choices are so diverse. You can get anything from a burger or wings to prime rib or spinach salad. Any dish you pick, it will be delicious!
