We arrived about 9:15 PM on Saturday from Michigan on our way to New York City. After checking into the hotel we saw Chilis Restaurant and parked. Suddenly, the greatest sound oozed from a place down the hill. My wife heard Talking Heads tunes next door and so, "Bye bye Chilis!". We couldnt see it through the brush and realizing we couldnt walk down the hill we jumped into our car and spun out into the roadway to what looked like a house. We got out and confirmed we werent dreaming. When we came in there was a modest cover charge and asked the guy what was on the menu. "Wings and stuff." , he said. We chuckled, went in, and were greeted immediately by our waitress. I think her name was Karli. She was busy wiping things down spic and span! She was young, but so warm and friendly...like she knew us for a long time. She grabbed us some Yuenglings. We asked what the Pub was known for and she repied, "Wings." And man was she right. I had the garlic parmesan wings which she recommended. Step aside Buffalo Wild Wings! You dont know squat! The thinly chopped garlic and shredded parmesan melt in your mouth!!! And unlike Buffalo Wild Wings, my blue chesse and stalks of celery were plentiful--not like the ripoff tablespoon and three sticks of celery crap. And a dozen huge wings for $9? Bye bye BW3. My wife had a burger and she rarely compliments a burger and fries. To tell you the truth, Im not sure of much else other than me having orgasms while eating those wings!! OMG!!! The band was the best. We have good entertainment in Detroit, but these guys nailed every song from Johnny Cash to Talking Heads to the Beatles. We do not stay out late at our age, but that night we closed the place. It was very memorable. Kudos to the staff and our favorite waitress. What a great launch to our week in NYC to see our daughter, Carolyn, graduate from Columbia University. The next morning I ate the rest of my wings for breakfast. Again, OMG!!! When we walked to our car another car was approaching us and guess who it was? Karli, our waitress from the night before staying at the same hotel. With a giant grin she said, "You guys were alot of fun!" Shes a cutie. As we drove past the Pub we reminisced about our fantastic night out. Thank you again, Karli, for your gracious and fun gang. Everyone truly was having an enjoyable night and we will never forget it. Oh, and if youre planning to go to BW3, dont waste your money. And Original Pocono Pub: Dont change a thing. Heard they had good homemade food here but upon walking in, it looked like a dive bar. Once I sat myself with my boyfriend, it took about 15 minutes for someone to serve us. Underwhelmed, I ordered a Sprite, (or Sierra Mist, not sure what I got exactly) I could tell it was almost out of CO2 and something tasted off about it. It tasted like a flat rancid sweet tart! I wonder if they ever cleaned their soda tap??? I thought a moment and got a bottled alcoholic beverage instead so I could ignore my flat rancid sweet tart. My bfs beer tasted a bit flat too. I ordered a cheesesteak which wasnt too bad actually and my bf ordered wings that were a bit dry. I had to quick nab our waitress once while passing by to get ketchup for me since she didnt check back after giving us our food...In her defense, they had some crappy dude playing music in the corner tonight so the outside area was open and pretty full of people. She looked like the only server! This place only has one waitress on wing night??? Anyway, it took an hour to get food and finally get out of there. Weird how all we got was a cheesesteak, wings, and beer. I am going to be so suprised and lucky if I dont get sick from my rancid drink! (not even kidding.) The only highlight I would say had to be the marinara sauce I had with my steak sandwich. It was good... (meat sauce I think with chunks of fresh herbs...) wish I had more good to say about my experience. Hope they can improve...sheesh

Sit to eat with a friend. Server walks over and takes order... Never set utensils on the table. Order "Italian cheese steak" (cheesteak with pepper and onions) Dry, over cooked, under seasoned served on a wonder bread type roll. Came with fries: mediocre at best. Friend ordered spinach artichoke dip with home made chips. Dip: oily and tastless with unseasoned diced tomato on top Chips: unseasoned, oily with shredded cheese (parmesano?) hard and tastless Never got utensils even though the server chick saw me eating fries with ketchup with my fingers The up shot is that the Manhattan was well made.

We had a large group of Motorcycle riders(30) that were very hungry for a good lunch. We went to stop in and just inside the door, we were told that we would not be served if we had colors on. We are not a trouble causing club. We were just hungry and ready to spend our money. So they chose not to make any money that day. This place will now NEVER get our business. So we went to Red Robin. Red Robin was top notch and put us all together and treated us like we should have been treated. Pocono Pub....K.M.A!

Theres always great food, great entertainment and great company at the OPP. Its my home away from home. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to get delicious food or just to have a fun night. One of the things I find unique about the Pub is that their staff gets music in a way you rarely see at a venue. Whether its a live band, a duo on wing night or even karaoke, theres a sense in the bar that here is a place that cherishes music.

To say the food was good would be a HUGE understatement. Wings are amazing. I had the chicken bacon quesadilla and it was awesome. Portions are beyond generous and the staff was pleasant and welcoming. We come up every year for the race and this with definately become one of our "must go" places! Btw the hubby loved the Big Joe Burger!

Service was HORRIBLE, when we finally did get our food it was all wrong and one person had to wait for their food even longer because the waitress apparently didnt take their order at all. Extremely disappointed. Will NOT being going back. Food was mediocre at best. Oh an there was hair in my good also.

A local pub. Walked in on karaoke night... well run, good singers, if just a tad loud. Cant comment on the food, but the staff was spot on. Even in all the commotion we didnt wait more than a minute or 2 for a drink. A hallmark of a good bartender when youre 3 deep.

I have been going to the pub for years. The food is some of the best in the area. You will never be disappointed. The prices are always reasonable as well. Atmosphere is very bar but no issues bringing kids as they have table and booth seating.
