If I could give no stars, I would. I called in an order for pickup tonight. They said it would be ready in 20 minutes. When I got there after a about 25 minutes, the bartender couldnt find the order on the computer. She then found the order on a piece of paper on the bar. No one ever put in my order!!!!!! She said I could wait 20 minutes for my food. I already did wait 20 minutes, and drove over there. I left hungry, because I did not have 20 minutes to stand around waiting for my families to go order that was supposed to already be done. The people at this restaurant are very incompetent. The other time we picked up food, my wife ordered her turkey avocado burger with no pickles, and they sent the burger with nothing at all! No Pickels, but also no avocado, lettuce, tomato, or anything else. Is that what no pickles means at this Ruby Tuesdays? We will never give them our business again. I recommend staying away from this terrible restaurant and their incompetent staff.

Very sad experience the quality food went down, the portions got smaller and prices went up.The service was OK u can clearly see she is new. Well lets see didnt get the biscuits before our food in fact didnt get them at all. The food was smaller portions small glob off mashed potatoes. The fish tasted good but portion was extremely small almost paper thin. The broccoli Parmesan cream sauce pasta was very dry and at the same time the portion was half the size. The pasta usually was enough for almost 2 meals if you ate like a bird. I been a loyal customer for almost 15 yrs been coming there when Eric the manager saved the restaurant and made it a huge turn around. At one point u had to reserve a table just to get in. Well if things keep up how it is we will never come back.

We waited after entering more than 5 minutes with anyone to appear to seat us. The service is very slow with very few people in the restaurant. The food was good. The person who appeared to be the manager seemed disinterested. He just walked around didnt engage anyone. Stopped in to have a quick lunch with my wife. I can understand why anyone working wouldnt come here for lunch. You cant get served and get back to your job in a reasonable time frame. Our second visit in 2 months with similar service.

Came here for lunch before heading to the water park and everything was great. Our waiter was awesome and very personable. Food is just like any other ruby Tuesday. I always get the salad bar add on just because its more food than a side. Ordered the shrimp trio here and was tasty except for the Thai Poon shrimp which was a little salty. Also ordered the wild berry iced tea on the waiters recommendation and it was really good. My wife loves her ribs.

What would make this place better is if they could replicate my faves, Jon and Pedro! The staff is attentive but these two go super over the top. The food is typical of the chain and most people, I guess return because of the attention to detail that much of the wait staff and management pays to the guests. Love the call ahead, and so will you if you are planning on going on a weekend, when we are overrun by tourist!

Nearly empty restaurant, waited 5 minutes to be seated. No attention from wait staff for 10 min, another 10 min to get soft drinks. 55 minutes after we walked in and we finally receive entrees. No issues with food. Service like this is completely unacceptable for a restaurant this empty with a full staff. This place needs a change of managment urgently.

Very good service and excellent food. If you already are familiar with this chain, you will not be disappointed with the quality at this location. The salad bar here was very well stocked and everything was fresh.

Waitress was very nice, salad bar decent, but the burger was dry and over cooked, asked for medium and received very well done burger. Can not recommend. The store in Dickson City makes a great hamburger.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. The food is absolutely terrible. The only thing that is fine there is the salad bar. Cant believe this place isnt even shut down yet.
