Ate lunch here today, and for the third straight time had HORRIBLE service. Waited quite a while before a server even came to the table. Once she did, we gave her our food and drink order. She returned with drinks, and then we NEVER saw her again. A food runner brought us our food, which had been sitting under a heat lamp way too long, and the sauce was crusted over. A manager came and refilled our drinks for us. After we were done eating, we waited nearly 20 minutes for the server to come and bring us our check, and she never did. At that point, we asked for the manager who came over to the table and was slightly apologetic, but really didnt seem to care about our experience. A good manager would have offered a complimentary dessert, or something. This guy didnt. Then, he got the server and told her to bring us our check. It took her another 10 minutes to get back with the credit card receipt. Left no tip, as she didnt do a thing to earn it. Now, to top it off, my friend and I are both extremely nauseous, and fear that the food may have made us sick. Will NEVER go back again. Stay away from this place!

The waitress did not know the specials or if it was happy hour. On top of that, she said the specials and happy hour only applied to the bar area. We were moved to the bar area and the new waitress there kept bugging us about ordering every minute. After bugging us for the 3rd time, we decided on drinks. The drinks seemed watered down and we were bugged again every minute for ordering food. Once we ordered our food, we didnt see the waitress until we got the food. We didnt see the waitress again until half an hour later to check up on us and then another twenty - thirty minutes later we received the check. Note that it was myself and a friend (party of 2) and we were there from 530pm-8pm. The menu also isnt very choosy unless you go there for wings. Other than that, there isnt much to choose from in my opinion.

Went to the one in Nazareth/Easton, PA with the family for my grandsons 10th birthday, the worst food I ever had, everything came out cold and tasteless, my daughter got grilled chicken it came out grey and cold, the burgers tasted like they were boiled, YUCK the wings were cold, all the French fries were cold, My husband got a fish taco and it was so gross he sent it back and was not going to order anything to replace it.. I asked for onion on my burger and what I got was the smallest piece ever. We will never go there again, for the price we had to pay for the bad food I will tell everyone not to go there, and we did complain the whole time we were there and sent almost everything back. That was our first time there and it will be our last.

I went there tonight to pickup an order and everything was good. Until I got home and my sons corn dog meal was missing. At first I was pissed until I had the opportunity to speak to Jason, he apologized for the mix up and even threw in a free order of wings. I was pleasantly surprised. I went to go pickup the missing order and they were very professional in filling my order to make sure it is complete. And the additional wings was a plus. So I must say an A+ to management in handling customer complaints, I will still come back. Keep up the great work.

I love getting take out from this location because the food is great and the staff is awesome! I have come to know the staff here because of how friendly they are each time I come. Danielle, Dom and Kendra are a cut above the rest and always make sure my order is correct and well made. I use their pickup once a week or more on average and will only ever go to this Buffalo Wild Wings because I truly enjoy the dtaff, food and service here.

We gravitate away from chains most of the time but we go to BWW fairly often. The wings are always meaty, theres a sauce for every taste, and the tap beer selection is good and always ice cold. The rest of the menu is average...and theres not much atmosphere...but hey...theyre great at their core business...Wings...Beer...and Sports.

The service was pretty good. However, when. I got the wings I ordered, there was literally 3 sets of plain wings on the plate. The Mount of sauce on them was very small. I could of sworn they are supposed to toss the wings. I guess not.. to me that ruined my experience that day. Normally I like them but that Is ridiculous.

Excellent wings. Same thing every time because its just too good. And if that wasnt the best part, they should call the place Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Good Cake because the double fudge chocolate cake is the greatest product I have ever put in my mouth. It is to die for! Great place to eat!

Love the Easton location... Wings good, nice sports bar... some locations hit or miss, but food and drinks are consistent from store to store.. Wilkes Barre, Pa and Bridgewater, nj also have good stores.... some smaller locations like Middletown, Delaware Im not feeling...

The street tacos were pretty good. I originally wanted a burger cooked medium rare but they wouldnt cook it less than medium well. I do not like burger cooked that way. Its a very different taste. I should be able to get a burger cooked the way I want it.

A fun place for someone who likes wings and/or sports. Its also a likable place for kids as well. Pretty good food overall. The place has plenty of TVs and tablets that you could use to play interactive games with other people.

Sauce selection is the best part. Too bad service is terrible. No one is around if you need anything. My friend was served the wrong beer three times... Asked for utensils and was left a pile in the middle of the table...

Sensory overload. They need to turn down the volume on the televisions.Everywhere you look there are televisions screaming at you. Service is slow,portions are small and prices are high.
