Amazing! First the exquisite hostess graciously seated us at the bar for the short wait for an unreserved table. The amazing bartender put on a show making one of the best cosmos Ive had. The waiter Cody was the epitome of a sauve steward who kept our glasses filled and recommended incredible dishes. The chef is a genius. Every bite of the crab bisque, the Chicken Wellington, and the Beef Tenderloins was ethereal. Finally, the ambiance of one of the best meals I have ever eaten was the live acoustic music of Joe OMalley. Thank you Garlic!

Garlic was the first restaurant that I tried when I moved to Stroudsburg and it "had me at hello". With a stylish, welcoming atmosphere and dedicated staff that remember your name, this restaurant will have you coming back for "seconds". Not only does it offer a dynamic menu with just the right balance of comfort vs. classic foods, Garlics martini bar and party catering is perfect for any occasion. Even when my husband and I didnt feel like cooking, we would just order out some Seafood Garlic and it always hit the spot!

While residing in Stroudsburg for the weekend, I decided to visit this restaurant. Such a pleasurable ambiance and welcoming staff. The waiter I loved because he recommended such great entrees and drinks. I did try the shrimp scampi and crab cakes as appetizer and that was SO DELICIOUS!!!!! The chocolate martini was so good. I had 3 glasses. It is definitely a restaurant I recommend to anyone in the Main Street location and I will definitely be back.

Ask for Kyle, if you want a server that is energetic, friendly and professional. We went with his suggestion and couldnt be more pleased with our meal. The food was perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. This place knows how to cook a steak to perfection. If you like cucumber water with a kick, try The Natural Martini. The ambiance is perfect for a romantic evening. We sat in a booth where the walls are curved and cozy.

Before one of many treks up Mount Tammany at the Delaware Water Gap, I visit Garlic Restaurant, the night before. Their menu is extensive, and to get some protein for my run up the Mountain, I get an Arugula Salad with grilled Chicken, and some Garlic Risotto for some fuel. The burger is to die for as well. The Stella on tap, is crisp and satisfying, and the staff very friendly.

Stopped in by chance on our way through the area, thanks to Help. Great food and beverage and really enjoyed the Bree too. Kevin our server was great, he took time to discuss the menu options and alternatives. He also spent time discussing the history of the place. Will definitely be stopping in again when in the area. Kevin remember the two tall brothers from Ithaca, N.Y.?

Food and drinks were out of this world and we can not rave enough about our waiter, Kevin! We are definitely returning, the atmosphere was perfect for our business meeting but certainly would be a place to go on a romantic night out❣we traveled over 2 hours and plan on returning again. The food was great, a solid 4/5 stars on taste and a 4.5/5 on presentation. The service, however, earned a solid 5/5 thanks to Kevin. Kevin was very knowledgeable on the menu items and presented the specials with a cool and collected mastery that displayed excellence in his craft. All in all a good place to sit down and enjoy a full course meal.

Friendly service, good mixed drinks, and good food. I ordered the penne alla vodka with chicken. The pasta was al dente and sauce were really good as was the chicken. The strange thing is they put the chicken on top of the pasta and sauce without mixing it in, which I found a bit strange, but it was good. The muscles were also very good here.

I felt under dressed wearing shorts and a t-shirt but was assured that they do not have a dress policy. I felt very comfortable and my family was treated the the utmost care and respect. Our server, Alex, was well rehearsed and did his job meticulously well. Thank you! The food... Superb!

I love garlic great food constitution quality and great service I went there for second time tonight and I bough my mom and my wife and my son and Kevin was our waiter and without even asking her refilled my soda he did last time I was there too this place better then Olive Garden

I wasnt looking to spend so much and didnt realize stroudsburg had any place this nice lol but when we arrived you can tell its a nice place. The lovely lady that accompanied me got the half chicken or w.e and it was potentially the best chicken Ive ever tasted.

Good value and good food! Food is presented nicely and tasty. Kevin is very nice and gave us plenty of attention with stories of the Poconos bars and restaurants. Great three layer chocolate cake. Bartender very cute, dont mess, shes the owners girlfriend.

Amazing food. Drinks were very good! Waiter brushed off the instructions on how a custom drink was supposed to be layered before we could even tell him and said "that the bartender would figure it out", so they just mixed it all, but it was alright.

Fine dining in downtown Stroudsburg. A little pricey and the portions a little small for the quality of food. Definitely one of the more upscale dining establishments in town. Specialty cocktails are good - if you like spice, try Some Like It Hot!

The food and drinks were great. If you like a good Manhattan this is the place. Great atmosphere for a nice date. Not to pricey in my opinion, dinner drinks and dessert for two slightly over a hundred.

Restaurant that specializes in tapas and smaller dishes. Great place for a small get-together of friends or colleagues. Not inexpensive, but it is very up-scale for the area, so that is not unexpected.

Beautiful atmosphere. Excellent staff. Food is superb. Probably the highest quality food on Main St - but of course some of the priciest. Stave your diet and go with the chocolate cake for dessert.

Happened too stumble upon this place. Glad we did. The drinks and the food are some of the best Ive had in a long time. Gotta try the Black Jack starter. Highly recommend this place.
