Took over an hour on a Tuesday nite to receive my order. Ordered at 619pm. Email stated 653 delivery time. It is currently 722 pm and pizza is still not here. Called store to inquire on status, told another 25 to 30 minutes!!! No apology at all. Charity (the employee who answered the phone) was more upset that I didnt understand their staffing issues than that it took an hour just to get an order out the door. Poor customer service. I hope its hot. Ridiculous!!!!

I ordered online a two one topping pizza deal. But got both toppings on the one pizza, and cheese on the other. I was charged for an extra topping! And was told by 2 managers that they cant fix it "because the system wont let me" COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! That $1 or $2 extra topping fee just cost them a customer! Thank you T-Mobile for making me realize theres a Papa Johns just down the street!

I ordered from this place for delivery and my entire order was read back to me, my address repeated and an hour and 20 minutes later (when the lady said 30 min) I decided to call. Here to find out that apparently my order was never placed and a Pizza Hut does not deliver to my area what so ever. Thanks for all your help in knowing I should never order from here again.

Stopped last night for 2 pizzas. They were burnt, the pepperoni was crunchy and the extra cheese was brown. Havent had "Pizza Hut" pizza in a very long time was looking forward to it. So disappointed. I paid over $25 with a $7 discount outrageous for something that went in the garbage!!! I guess it will be a very long time til I have pizza hut pizza again.

The girls there on the evening I went in really listen and want to make sure everything is to your liking. The breadsticks were some of the best Ive had ~ soft and flaky on the inside with a nice crust and great seasoning on the outside. YUMMY!
