The service has lack of attention, the waitress seemed to be more in tune with the other staff than waiting on tables. It just seems as if this location has or at least seems to be spiraling downwards and fast. We use to always have great service and really liked this store. Not sure if it was an owner and/or management change, but we will not be back to this location anytime soon. We always order our bread sticks when we sit down so we can enjoy them as an appetizer. Everything was brought out together. The whole atmosphere has changed and does not seem to be for the good. The hubby had ordered the personal pepperoni lovers and if you consider an average of 1 to 1 1/2 slices of pepperoni per slice of pizza, I hate to see how the make the personal pan with just straight out pepperoni and not the lovers.

Our last waitress was amazing! Im terrible with names but she had shorter hair and her nose peirced and always smiled and made sure we had everything we needed and thanked us for comming. The time before that, we had a witress who had multiple facial pericings and she was just terrible! She was yelling at another employee and seemed more interested in smoking and sitting down than she did in serving me my food! Next time I come back I will make sure to get the same waitress as last time, she is just great.

My family and I went and the experience was horrible. the waitress didnt even let us look at the menu. We asked for our bread sticks first and we got them way after we were done with our pizza. My dad found a hair in his pizza and he got his drink without first. We will never come here again.

HORRIBLE. Simply damn horrible. Every time weve been (and we have given them multiple chances because the kids get "good reader" awards) we wait forever, they get the orders wrong, and their service is absolute trash. Never again. They should close this location its so bad.

Went with 4 kids and a friend and Katie was so amazing an very understanding. We have been here many time before and its always slow. But Katie made sure we were well taken care of an the kids were happy. Amazing job Katie thank you

Been here twice and each time had to wait 1.5 hrs for ALL of my food. Same server from my first visit is a pro at apologizing for the incompetency of the kitchen. Will never visit again. Not even take out.

waitress was great, very clean establishment, the pan pizza was delicious, but the "cheesy bites" pizza was disgusting. manager only took _half_ of the price of it off the bill. very dissatisfied

Bread sticks were amazing. Pizza, an apple smoked bacon and chicken on pretzel crust was alright but Ive had better. Service was slow and a refill on soda took several requests to be granted.
