Manager Heather yells at staff and blows up on them for no reason..then calls herself the "Enforcer," like there is an excuse for her lack of professionalism. She takes her job way too seriously, and has gotten one of my friends fired before, and was telling her mom she was abusing drugs. (NOT TRUE) but then you can totally tell Heather is a "party" person. My friend confirmed that she is from when they used to hang out. Also, old asst. manager Ricky was a total loser, you could tell he fully related to Seth Rogens character in like every one of his movies accept the "Green Hornet." Hes lucky I had to go or I would have chewed him out for his lack of professionalism when dealing with staff. I saw him snarl," I dont need your life story," at one of the new employees when they told him they were getting a drink and would then get on there work. VERY PROFESSIONAL!!! Heres a hint Sheetz: Stop hiring the people who never got over being picked on in high school as managers. Push someone, like the asst. Manager at the store, Eric...who actually brings intelligence and professionalism to his job. Ive chatted with him numerous times and he seems to be, besides a few of the shift supervisors, (Albert was a HORRIBLE in every sense of the word supervisor to the stores employees and was thankfully stepped down) very good at his job and what the store needs to be taken seriously. Lastly, this store LOVES, LOVES, to screw with peoples hrs. My friend went from around 30 hrs. a week to 11 hrs. a week. A part-time, 25 hrs. a week job cashiering at the grocery store would be better than this...dont even try to work here. Just wait, for Burger King or Wendys to call you back.

Right so I was at this Sheetz approximately 10:45PM and I ordered Chicken sliders with mayo bacon lettuce and pickles. Both of my chicken sliders came without any of the chicken on them. This is such an appalling incident because if it comes up as a chicken slider on the receipt and I assume the order on the kitchen side youd think the chicken would be the first thing they would take care of. The fact I know will have to check my food to make sure they put the main part of it there upsets me greatly.

Just bought 2 bottles of soda which both stated "buy 1 get 1 free" and I got charged for both sodas at original pricing..the woman behind the counter said that she thinks that its not supposed to be like that....THATS FALSE ADVERTISING!!!! I could have saved almost a whole dollar..I know it shouldnt be that big of a deal but seriously thats how you lose..otherwise they are a decent gas shop.

So I order a nacho platter with cheese, salsa, hot peppers, sour cream and Doritos chips. I placed my order then continued to shop for a drink and a snack. I walked up to the cashier to pay and they said that they had no salsa. I said I would order a new meal but I was told it was already made without the salsa. I Basically couldnt order something else. Who keeps track of product there?

Constantly messing up simple orders. I ordered a burger with bacon and provolone on it, they gave me the bacon and provolone without a burger. Basically its just a bunch of morons wasting your time. This is just 1 time is a long list of screw ups, but what can you expect from a bunch of idiots who work for $8 an hour and dont want a real job?

Consistently Filthy Store. One of the most dirtiest Sheetz locations. Im there many times during the week and the lot is always a mess and the trash bins are overflowing. I cant wait for VW to buy my diesel back. Sheetz sells diesel. When I get a new car Ill go to Redners 3/10 of a mile down my street. No trash or loud music there.

This is a good place to grab & go. Its has a better hot food variety then a wawa. The wings are amazing but then again most of the hot food are. Now with that being said.....they do attract the nightlife crowd spilling over from near by clubs and bars. Overall good place to get the munchies

Extremely busy, which sometimes causes a messy ladies room, some spills around coffee and soda dispensers dont get cleaned up quickly because a person can only do.... With one exception (whose name I didnt catch), Ive always been treated respectfully, and greeted with a smile.
