Two Words: Absolutely Horrible!!! I am highly offended by the rudeness and lack of customer service at this location! I ordered a pizza over the phone which was the routine phone number, order, and name process followed by them giving me my total and read information back to me to confirm....long story short, my husband went to pick it up and "our order didnt exist" according to the employee that confronted my him rudely. I called the exact number back to see if I indeed called the right one initially and what do you know I DID call the one I intended They continued to be disgustingly rude to me claiming it was somehow my fault they lost my order and then HUNG UP ON ME! The worst part is that the manager is the one that I was talking to. Complete lack of professionalism! I am a business owner and if my employees lacked customer service like this crew did they would all be fired! Good thing Tonys Pizza, that is just up the street from this Pizza Hut, is professional and kind to their customers! I placed an order there and had no problem retrieving my request.

Gave this Pizza Hut 2 chances and they failed. The first time I called to inquire about my delivery 90 minutes after I ordered after being told 30 minutes, the manager hung up on me and refused to talk to me. He made one of the young girls talk because he would not come to the phone. I called the next day to talk to the gm and was given a credit and ordered again two weeks later. The pizza had the wrong toppings, the 8 piece wings had only 7 pieces, and they forgot the sauce for the breadsticks. Never again will I order from this Pizza Hut.

This place is the absolute worst. Tried ordering two times. Both times the pizza showed up 2 hrs late and ice cold. We were told it was so busy both days. Once was on a Tuesday afternoon. Tried one last time to order and though we were promised credits from the previous two times they didnt show up and the manager wouldnt do anything about it. THE ABSOLUTE worst pizza hut. Go to pjs or Justinos instead!!!

After reading the two other reviews, we almost didnt order from here. But, Im glad we did. Our order arrived within 20 minutes. It was hot and fresh. Missy pointed out it was smothered in pepperoni. GREAT JOB GUYS!
