Order #9 Went to Popeyes to try there new Hot Honey Tenders and was sadly disappointed with the meal. I appreciated the manager trying to put together a family meal for those particular tenders. They were out of cole slaw which she had no idea. Thank you for the soda. The manager had to tell her staff over and over and over that I ordered honey tenders and the young kid kept making me boxes of regular chicken, then when she did finally make a box of tenders she didnt put any sauce. After another snap from the manager it was done sort of. The girl put a very small amount of honey drizzle on the tenders. Great hustle from your staff to get all the orders out the door. Some of your kids working in there just dont care about good quality food

How do you run out of your signature sides , red beans and rice and green beans and why is only one person running the register during your busy lunch hour while one clerk is sitting in the dining area eating, chatting on his phone and complaining about not getting his extra biscuit in his $5 big box meal while the line of customers was close to the door. My order came to $5.47 with tax. I gave the cashier a $20 and a $1 bill. Rather than asking me if I had something smaller or was okay with getting all $1 bills in change, she gave me 15 one dollar bills and .53 cents back. Some things I can understand but this was not my first visit here, several, many unsatisfactory. Please try to do better.

This Popeyes is right down the street from my house. If you absolutely have to dine here; avoid the drive-thru at all costs. Their drive-thru workers are woefully incompetent. My order has been incorrect at-least six times in the last couple months. Always on the times when I forget to check until I get home. The manager doesnt care, the staff doesnt care. I will be filing a complaint with corporate. Its a shame to see a brand that I love being represented so disgracefully. *update* manager contacted me to personally apologize for the service and stated that training will be conducted for employees. Couldnt ask for anything more.

Tonight we went to the location on Cedar Rd, Chesapeake, VA they mess up the order which is a to go order. Well when you call there the young punk kid picks up the line after 2 hours and says Chesapeake Police Department..I asked to speak to the manager and he said do not call here again I am a police officer and I am sending units to your location. I insisted to speak to a manager because of a messed up order, and I was rudely hung up on. So I called back to complain to the manager and they refused to answer. Then they will pick up and hang up on you.

Everytime I come to this place there is a 12 minute or more wait on chicken. You have to watch and make sure you have the right amount of chicken because you will get less in your box. For some reason it is always the mild chicken. They do try to compensate and give you a free drink or apple pie for your time. I think there is a lack of organization on the rotation of order taking. I keep coming back because its close to my home and the chicken is good.

2nd time in a row that my order took over 20 minutes. Figured Id go through the drive thru this time and give them another shot. Was told it would be a 7 minute wait. Cool, no problem. 25 minutes of actual wait time and I finally got my food. If its going to take longer, tell someone and they can make the choice to wait or not. Dont just make up a time, have it go way past that, and then offer zero apology for the wait. Will never eat here again.

Horrible first experience. Went in to order some food for the company I work for and the lady up front taking my order was giving a real bad attitude because I messed up on a order and she needed a void. Ive worked for a fast food restaurant about 4 years ago so I know how frustrating it can get but this lady was rude from the get go and was talking to me like I was a child. I wouldnt recommend this location to anyone at all.

I was so frustrated with this server. She give me a chicken leg the size of a pigeon leg. Dont tell me theyre all the same size and Im seeing larger pieces. Its all one price. I want what Im paying for. That size shouldnt be sold. The biscuit was flat as a cookie.
