The service is great and fast when you order pep or cheese because they have it prepared. My issue is the deep deep dish. I really hate standing around for them to cook it ESPECIALLY when I phoned my order in. So far 2 out of 3 times I phoned in my order 20 minutes before arriving there, they seemed to not have even made the pizza as requested. They always ask me what I ordered over the phone as if nothing was written down. They asked for my name over the phone yet never asked for my name when I arrived. I have always had a good experience with little caesars but the employees at the perkiomen branch need some training in customer service. How hard is to to write down orders taken over the phone OR at the very least decide to cook the pizza. There was even a time I went there in person, ordered a deep deep dish, paid for it, told them i would be back in 15 minutes because that is how long they said it would take to cook. Came back and they asked me what i would like to order. I showed them my receipt and ended up waiting 15 minutes AGAIN because they either cooked it and gave it to someone else or just took my money and didnt cook it.

For the most part, you cant beat this place at $5 a pizza. Sometimes when they get really busy the pizzas come out with huge dough bubbles. I mean so big, it effectively ruins the pizza. It doesnt happen often though, and at $5 a pop, I guess its worth the risk.

Pizza took forever to come . the girl charged me for 3 when i clearly said 2. And the pizza oven was turned up too high because it was burned in different places over the entire pie .
