When we arrived there was a sign that states to seat yourself, which we did. We wanted a booth but unfortunately all of the unoccupied booths were stacked with plates and unfinished food. So, I moved some dishes off the less cluttered tables so we could get seated and served. We sat a good ten minutes and I noticed her going to a table that came in after us so I got up to let someone know we were there and to possibly order at the take out counter since five more groups/families were arriving. Having customers seat themselves is a problem especially when wait staff and manager( who stood behind the takeout counter doing nothing)dont recognize when people are there and greeting them and getting drink orders started. The waitress saw me going toward the take out counter with a menu in my hand and stopped me to say she would be right with me. She seemed polite and courteous enough at the time so I went back to the booth with my family and waited. She came and took our order but then the long wait began. All the while watching five other tables that arrived later than us get there food, eat, and go. A group that came way later after we ordered received their pizzas the same time we did. This means our order didnt go in right away or the kitchen forgot to fill our order. We received only indignant excuses from the waitress and from the manager(who we had to ask for) a careless oh well its busy, nonchalant attitude- he claims to be the owner as well. We were looking for a sincere apology and something to make it right. No responsibility was taken other than its busy-- everybody else was getting there food pretty quickly.. we had time to watch others eating. The pizza was good the server started out friendly and nice but any complaints by customers is not going to be accepted. The manager after demanding his attention to the matter decided to take $2.00 off but they charged me too much for the special they were having so he really didnt give us anything at all not even an apology. Entitlement of pay regardless of poor service = no returning customers and poor reviews to friends and families who may have been potential customers. If the front of the house was soooo dirty and piled up I wonder what the back of the house looked like. One hour and ten minutes from the time we sat down till be received our food.

My family and I had a similar incident as well July 14, 2009. Went there on vacation with my husband, 10-month-old daughter, and 13-year-old son. We initially asked for carryout; however changed our minds and decided to stay so we could sit on the patio. The reaction was the worst!!! They seated our family waaaay in the back, and gave us little to no service at all. They left our food sitting on the counter in bags, and had no intentions on bringing it to us--after I told the server what was going on. They sent my 13 yr old son outside to use the trash because they told him there were no trash cans indoors??? They suggested we order can sodas--to go--rather than allowing us to order off the menu, which we did anyhow (because we hadnt realized yet that we werent welcomed there yet). They also said they didnt have any "to go" cups when I decided we would leave to prevent any problems. I finally addressed the issue politely and was told..."yes we have a problem with you changing from carryout to dining in service." I sincerely felt they should have been more upfront and told us this before seating us. The atmosphere was very chilling, and all I could say was how unfortunate it was for them to treat our family this way...especially while on vacation.

Very family friendly. Great atmosphere. Wait time was virtually non-existent. We ordered bread sticks, a basket of fries, a pizza, ravioli (cheese), and a Caeser salad. The bead sticks were not good. Nearly burnt and something you would find in the freezer at the supermarket. Skip these. The fries were crinkle cut. Hot and fresh and very good. The ravioli was very good as well. Portion was a bit small. The salad was great. They accidentally gave us the larger portion and didnt charge us. The pizza was great. The crust was thin and baked to perfection. The sauce was really good, not too sweet. The restaurant was clean, including the restrooms. We highly recommend it!

Visited Wed night about 7pm. Busy, but not swamped. Staff was quick to seat us and take drink Orders. Fun atmosphere with campy Sci-fi themed decor including space aliens all around, classic movie posters and such. They serve Pepsi products, tea, lemonade and various brews. The pink lemonade was good. We ordered Philly cheese sandwiches - one with steak, one with chicken for about $9 each. They were 9-10" long and stuffed full of meat, chopped onion & green pepper and cheese. Both very good. Meals included a bag of chips and a quartered pickle. Waitress earned her 20%, so we spent about $31 and carried half a sandwich home. A fair price for good food in a neat place.

Surprise, Surprise... most pizza places are not good at all. There is always that one exception to the rule, however, and Planet Pizza is it! Their pizzas are made with fresh, quality ingredients... everybody says they do that, but 99.9% of places dont. Also, you can really taste every single ingredient in your pizza. The atmosphere is eclectic, quirky and fun... they even serve margaritas - and big ones! If you have a taste for good pizza (and if you know whats good and what isnt - many dont) you will love Planet Pizza. Go early. While the place is pretty big, they get crowded fast - especially during the peak seasons. Happy Pizza Eating!

Worst experience ever We were in vacations last week and my kids wanted pizza for dinner, we found this place got there got our table and no service, after a little while I notice the employees kept serving other ppl and no one was even serving us not even the drinks order, some of them kept looking at us weird, we decided to leave and all of the employees in the restaurant just looked away, the place was not full so I don’t get why the service was so bad, im Hispanic and I really don’t appreciate the discrimination as far as im concerned im a paying customer and my skin color shouldn’t be an obstacle to have a good meal with my kids

If i could give them 0 i would. Horrible service. We were seated waited 10 minutes and still didnt even get our drink orders. 6 tables were seated after us and they already ordered drinks and were about to order food. We asked the lady upfront if they could send someone to get our orders and that still didnt solve anything. We finally decided to leave but before we decided we would say something to the manager. He was less than help for just making up excuses making it sound like it was our fault for coming at a bad time. Worst place ever at the beach dont let the cool vibe of the place fool you. They are horrible.

Ein relativ teures Pizza Restaurant. Zieht viele junge Leute wegen des trendigen Designs an. Drinnen ist es aufgrund der krassen Klimaanlage unerträglich kalt, wir haben sehr gefroren. Die Pizzen sind sehr groß und mit Käse überfrachtet. Der Geschmack war mittelmäßig.
