Our usual Saturday night drunken food delivery; our only complaint is its less than 2 miles away, and usually takes 45 min. to an hour to deliver... but considering its located in a college area, thats understandable. We usually order their steak stromboli/calzone; theyre pretty big (as in, like half a whole pizza box big), and I love the slightly sweet marinara sauce they come with. Not authentic Italian by any means, but the heaping portions make it well worth it, especially for the price. Their gyro is ok (although I didnt care for their "tzatziki" type of sauce at all, it was like liquidy diced cucumbers, really lacking flavor). Decent wings and subs.

This place has the worse customer service Ive ever experienced. The food took too long to come to the table and was severely over cooked! The server seemed absolutely occupied on their phone and we had to keep tracking em down to get basic things like silverware, refills for drinks and even the tab! For this place to be so highly recommend I was expecting so much more!! Im starting to believe these reviews are left by employees or family members bc a lot of them have the same last Names! Do yourself a favor save yourself the time and the headache avoid this place at all cost!!

No good! I will never eat here again. Too much money, no quality. I placed an order for delivery and had to spend at least $10 to get my order delivered, plus a $2 delivery fee and a $2 tip. The small hummus comes with a lot of hummus but only half of one slice of pita bread. The lettuce on my salad was all iceberg lettuce. I asked for unsweet tea and got sweet tea. When I called, no manager was available and the man on duty said they dont have unsweet tea. Nice. Could someone have called me? He offered no explanation or resolution. Disappointing!

Got my order completely wrong. Asked me to give them back only one of the pizzas they made wrong so I could wait another hour for them to bring me back half my order correctly. Both the delivery driver and the manager at the store had a nasty attitude and were extremely rude and highly unprofessional when discussing this issue.They screamed at me on the phone and then hung up on me after blaming the entire issue on the website (Slices) that they choose to use.This used to be my favorite pizza place. I will NEVER order from there again!

Im not the kind of person who writes reviews but, this restaurant definitely deserves one. Primos Pizza has provided my friends and I with the best service and setting you can ask for. Their service is pleasant and relaxed. The food is served in a friendly and great atmosphere .The staff is very friendly, always understanding what im asking for, very patient and helpful. Even though, this restaurant is far away from where I live, it wont stop me from eating there again. Its a DEFINITE go to and very much recommended!!!

So, it doesnt look like much when you walk in the door. You pretty much think youre in a convenience store with some cheap pizza subs and Mediterranean food. But fear not. Everything on the menu is wonderful, the owner is friendly, if a bit shy, and the coolest part is that a doorway to the left of the counter leads to a wonderful little dining room that hes clearly put some effort into. This humble and unassuming little joint is one of Greensboros hidden treasures.

I will never order from here again. First I was charged $4 to bring food less than 10 minutes away. The driver which is also the owner forgets my drink, then he takes off $1.50 for it but doesnt have the .50 to give me back correct change. Thinking I would let it slide. No! Not my fault! He proceeds to car to "find" . 50 doesnt find it he hands me $1 and walks away owing me $6.. Smh! THE FOOD WASNT EVEN WORTH ALL THE TROUBLE. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Worst customer service ever! Like terrible! Awful!! Pitiful! Disgraceful! ALL employees there are extremely dishonest and wont even give their name when you ask for it. The food sucks also, which makes it worse. Its pretty much a convenience store that sells pizza. If you have any issues with your order or service, no need to let them know because they do NOT CARE! Worst pizza shop in the county. Easily.

The food took a little while to get here, but it was SO worth it. I do not consider myself a gyro man by any means, but Jesus Christ theirs are delicious. Honestly, i was skeptical at first. The outside of the place looks like another one of those restaurants that serve ok food and you order from there anyways because you are way too lazy to get food elsewhere. I was wrong. Thank you Primos.

Really needed a pizza and wing fix but sitting here 10+ minutes and he hasnt even come to offer a drink or take my order.....bout to leave! Um, when he finally takes my order hes not even listening and standing really far away. I hope the food is good because this is weird....lol. Ok, I came back and added a star because the pizza and wings were good. The service continued to be poor though!

so im a student at a near by college and our homecoming was this weekend so i ordered a pizza from here at 10:30pm and then here i am right now at 1:21 and still no food..and now when i call the guy to check on my order hes asking for more time...what and ther world..all i want is some food..and if i have to pay for this im calling the mannager!!

I love this place, They have the best Steak and cheese ever. also the pizza is way better than any other pizza I ever tried before. we even go and dine there with the family and we get the best service. they remodeled the place and they have candy, snacks, beer, and cig now. try it for yourself one day and you will not regret it.

Their Primos plates are prettttttty good! Ill admit, Im not happy with the changes (less pita bread, and the bread is sliced), but the flavor is still excellent. I think their Mediterranean dishes are much better than the rest of the menu. Plus, they give free 2 liters of soda with orders :D

The food would have been good if it was what i ordered, I could understand a mess up if we ordered over the phone, but when you order online when you select what you want and it still isnt right, to me that just shows they dont care , I would expect better service for a money they charge.

Mediterranean dishes are best. I have been ordering from them for a year and a half, and they are always good. I usually order delivery, but when I pick up, the owner is always there, and very nice. A lot of attention to detail. The pizza is the best I have had in Greensboro.

Great place, amazing customer service, and affordable prices. I work at the auto shop next to primos and I eat here almost every day. Me and my coworkers love their mozzarella sticks and stromboli. Highly recommended for anyone around UNCG and downtown areas :)

Ive never written a review before, but this place deserves one. I ordered boneless wings (primos special sauce) and they were AMAZING. I also ordered cheese sticks, but they were just average. Good food and fast delivery. Great customer service!
