Slowest "fast" food restaurant! Waited over 15 mins in the drive thru with only 3 cars in front of me and to top it off they forgot to put an item that I paid for in the bag. This was my second trip to this particular taco bell and my first experience was even worse. The woman taking my order clearly did not want to be there. No hi, just puts her hand out for my form of payment and hands it back to me with an attitude. No thanks or anything polite from her despite my kindness. She was African American woman with short guy like cut with platinum hair color. Needless to say i will NEVER visit this taco bell location again!

Employees playing and joking around behind counter. Cashier took order incorrectly. Before my husband payed he repeated the order back to the cashier and he had left off part of the order because the total was $7 and change thats how we know the cashier hadnt taken oyr entire order. Because the order should have been $11.28. Upon checking the order we discovered they had left out one more item. By the time we got the item they left out our order was cold. Also they got a womans order in the driver through incorrectly. And another woman ordered 2 drinks and the cashier only gave her one cup. WHAT A MESS!!!

Not a good experience at all. They couldnt get my order correct on the screen after me repeating 5 times, then at window I realized it was still wrong. There were at least 7 employees standing around laughing and carrying on while people waited. After they fixed my order, FINALLY, as we drove off my daughter reminded me they never even gave us our drinks. When I went back in i had to practically YELL to get anyones attention, same group, same laughing and ignoring the customers. No thanks, Ill drive to another Taco Bell from now on.

This is the second time I been visiting this restaurant . The first time I did have a really cold food and came back to get refund which is really surprice they told me to pay the hole amount of the order. Call costumer service to straigth up. They did send me a couple coupons. Went back again to exchange coupon, the manager came with his attitude told me your are the one call the costumer service I dont want a see this coupon to my store and I have no idea where you got it.

I like Taco Bell. I just called to let them know they got my order wrong and they asked if I was making a prank call. They gave us 3 large Baja blast instead of the airheads flavor we had ordered. They also put cheese and sour cream on the Fresca style tacos I ordered. Very disappointed in the service at this one. I think they may have been half asleep while making my order. The manager I talked with was not at all helpful and was insulting as well.

I love Taco Bell. I have been indoctrinated into the idea that it is the best of the top 5 fast food restaurants. I have made it a work ritual to go once a week, but this Taco Bell is lacking. I will still go whenever I can, but I may end up driving across town to try the other one. Edit: I have gone a few more times and the service and food have gotten better. The one across town is great, I just hope this one makes its way to that status.

Drive-thru operator was extremely rude and literally yelling at us. Ive never been cussed out by a fast food worker till I came to this taco bell, and all because we needed a second to decide our order. I then got to watch as she purposely threw our receipts in the trash, and no big surprise but our order came out wrong as well. Wont be coming back till the service improves.

The cashier at the drive thru was rude first he was rushing me to finish ordering then when he handed me my food he practically through it @ me and I had to catch it I am in customer service and I get it sometimes you are having a bad day but you NEVER take it out on the customers

Alright food. Kinda slow service. Disappointed I walked out the door and almost tripped over somebodies bicycle cause they had it laying right by the door. Sad they dont have a bike rack. Could get sued if somebody hurts themselves tripping over somebodies bike.

The first Taco Bell to make my 5 layer burrito right and stuff it with ingredients!! It was not skimpy and mostly tortilla like other Taco Bells. I got full on the burrito alone. Nice staff too!!!

Slowest Taco Bell ever!!!!! They take about 5 minutes to take each order. Apparently they hire mentally retarded employees here. I have never waited so long t a drive through restaurant, wow.

They short you on food hard core here, one time I got a burrito that was 95 percent tortilla and had to go in and show them the outrageous three burritos I was supposed to eat.

Surprisingly slow service for a taco bell. I had a friend go there when they were suppose to be open but they said they were closed. Food is still good though.
