This used to be one of my favorite bars in Erie, due in large part to a great bartender named Ashley. Lately, however, there has always been a tall red-headed man working the bar, and he is so incredibly rude. He threw my ID on the counter in front of me instead of handing it to me and he stood at the opposite end of the bar, ignoring my entire party while we were trying to order, because he had already begun closing more than an hour before their closing time. I will never be going back here and I would not recommend that anybody else go here either, as your business will not be wanted.

Terrible service - wont go back. My wife and I stopped last week and were quickly seated - THEN IGNORED. We sat in the middle of the room while many, many servers walked by us without saying a word to us. None of them asked if we wanted a drink and they never came with menus. We were ignored for about 15 minutes so we left. On the way out I let the bartender know that we were leaving becauase we were ognored for 15 minnutes....she couldnt have cared less. There are many other places to go, you would think they would appreciate every customer that walks in.

Stopped in with family (total of 8ppl) on a Saturday evening. Was seated at a very nice table near the back, fairly quiet area so we could talk. Over all, I enjoyed this restaurant. Our server was very attentive, keeping drinks filled etc. I had the Shepherds pie, it was phenomenal! Portion sizes are very generous! Only complaint we had, food came out in "shifts", we got 3 plates then waited 5-6 minutes, 3 more arrived and we again waited, finally the last arrived. Inconvenient, but not horrible. I will gladly come back if ever in the area!

We were in Erie overnight and found this place through a google maps search of the area. We have 3 small children (2, 4 and 6) and you never know how its going to be at a pub/restaurant. The staff were very good and made us feel welcome. They brought some fresh fruit to the table to keep the kids occupied and even brought them necklaces and bracelets. The food was very good and overall we had a pleasant meal, which can be a challenge with 3 young kids. Would not hesitate to go back again.

Our server made sure we were seated prompltly, we did not have to wait for drinks. Our food was served hot. Our food was very tastey. The atmosphere was nice.The whiskey of the month was great, I had never seen it before. The beer selection is adequate, better than most Irish bars I have been to. This has to be the best bar weve been to in Erie, we will be coming here often. We came on a Friday night, yet the service was tremendous.

Id say if you are in the mood for a nice little pub, this is a good spot. I was traveling through Erie on business and stopped over for a few pints and a meal. I was definitely not disappointed, I dont think you will be either. The local folk call this place part of the upper echelon of pubs, but if youre from anywhere with half a decent bar (or two) this spot is just a nice, regular, Irish pub.

We stopped here on a Tuesday night for dinner. Service was very good. Staff very friendly. I was having a hard time deciding what to order, so I asked. The server gave her recommendation. When the meal came out, it was unacceptable. The server was excellent. The situation was expertly handled. I would definitely return and recommend Molly Brannigans!

“Excellent find in Erie” A great restaurant for dinner in Erie. An older corner home converted into a restaurant is quaint, cozy and full of charm. There is a warm Italian feel to the dining rooms. Staff are friendly and service is great and always with a smile. Garlic knots are amazing, warm and fresh from the oven. Soup was fresh and tasty. Pasta.

Atmosphere is important, but having a good staff and bartender seals the deal for me. Ashley was awesome and definitely made my trip in Erie worth it, hoping to come back again (she makes excellent drinks too). Fried pickles are delicious, as well as their quesadillas with buffalo chicken inside. Good place to watch a game and have a few drinks.

Server was friendly, seated quickly. Been coming here over 10 years but last 2 times food quality has declined but prices have gone up!! Waited an hour both times for food. Beers delivered promptly however. No Irish music playing, just 70s rock and roll????

Was OK- when I ordered the fish and chips, it was cold and not very good. Just fattening. Atmosphere was cool. I did take-out so I dont know as far as service and beer goes. Will try again...Maybe it was an off day for them.

Food is pretty eh, service was almost non existent and the whole place just gave off a we were pink on Wednesdays-you cant shut with us-wide set vagina vibe from all the college students. Beer selection is pretty good though

Great place if your looking for a pub atmosphere. Food is pretty good and great beer selection! Might want to consider bringing a little extra cash to sample the micro-brews, which can be pretty expensive, but worth a try.

My husband and I would go there many times when we were dating. We love sitting near the fire or in the back room to eat. You have to have the Sheppard pie, and Guiness Stew, with a Guiness of course.

Restaurant was ok. Food was moderate to cool temperature. Huge group arrived and all but took our table over. They were so LOUD we left.
