Literally the worst fast food service I have ever had in my entire life! The dining area was dirty and unclean, felt like it was very unsanitary. The overall service was extremely slow took over 30 minutes to get a small tropichop. Then lets not forget to mention the most horrible manager/human being Ive ever had the misfortune of dealing with in my entire life! Not that age had anything to do with it but this woman was what appeared to be over 70 years old, treating her employees in the most disrespectful manner I have witnessed, and being extremely nasty to her customers! I literally saw her snatch a receipt out of a for customers hands so rudely he had no thing to say and was shocked. Also, a customer walked up to her to ask her a question and she literally stuck her hand up in his face and said you have to wait and rudely walked away. What kind of service is that? Why would someone ever want to go back to a place where you potentially will get treated this horribly? How does such a big franchise allow such a nasty human being to be their manager and represent their multi-million dollar company in such a despicable manner? I will be sure to avoid this excuse of a fast food chain and make sure to tell everyone I know how horrible of an experience I had! I normally buy all of my employees food from this place everyday for lunch. Now I will take my business to a better place that appreciates it and treats their customers and employees in a respectful and professional manner. This horrible old lady manager should not be allowed to deal with the public or anything involving customer service. PATHETIC

So I went there tonight with my boyfriend, I got a Chicken Cesar wrap with waffle fries and a coke. He got a tropi chop made of chicken, yellow rice and kettle corn with a Dr. Pepper. The place was not busy and we only had to wait for a few moments while the couple in front of us ordered. When we got to the cashier she seemed agitated and didnt even make eye contact. In the middle of our order she walked away to correct another associate, not sure if this woman was a manager or not. Anyway, we ordered and my boyfriend went to get his sauces he had to scrape from the bottom to get hardly anything. So we got our food and sat down, the table was sticky we considered moving to another table, all around us the tables were sticky. The next problem was the tropi chop, my boyfriend had ordered a regular size and received a small, it was smaller than a burrito bowl at Chipotle. Like half that size actually and they only filled it about halfway. My boyfriend said it was very bland and he normally adds salt, but couldnt find any anywhere. My wrap was honestly not that bad, I didnt like the tortilla they used but that was cause it tasted like straight flour. The wrap had great tasting chicken, but was lacking on the sauce, and the chicken was mostly cold. The waffle fries I received were very cold. It wasnt that the food tasted bad it was that it was cold and the portions were very wrong. The only reason that I am giving it two stars is cause of the place being extremely clean, besides the tables, and the chicken did taste good.

Can someone please tell me how difficult it is to place an order at this Jupiter Pollo Tropical and have them get it right? EXTREMLEY DIFFICULT! I cannot begin to even tell you how many times I have ran through the drive through for a quick and easy meal only to get home and find out it was wrong or missing something ALL THE TIME. I don’t know about you but if I order (In clear English) “boiled yucca and specifically ask for garlic sauce” and they do not give the garlic sauce, the yucca goes straight in the garbage can. I order dark meat today and they give a DRY breast. I order a chicken quesadilla salad today and they give a chicken Caesar salad. I always think twice to go back due to their lack of customer service incompetence and rudeness. Bottom line, it all starts from the top, bad management and he himself has screwed up orders and tries to rush you to order in the drive through. I agree with Big J, Manager stinks! Come on Pollo Tropical, is this how you represent your home town of Jupiter, take pride in what you do! If you don’t like what you do, get a new job!! If I managed this place most of you would be fired…Frustrating…gosh! Idiots…

Unfriendly and horribly slow service. Lady that took my order, Yolanda, was so unfriendly. She honestly shouldnt be in contact with the customers. From the time my receipt printed until I received my food was 14 minutes! Please note that this was around 3pm when it was not busy and all I ordered was a pork sandwich. Should it really take14 minutes to put already cooked pork into a bun? Also note that this location does NOT have the amazing corn stuffing. Restaurant overfall and sauce bar was dirty. Although this chain is my all time favorite, I will not be returning to this specific location.

Was One of the first people in the he door when they opened. I was in line ready to order at the front of the line and no one looked at me or took my order for a good 15 min, like I was invisible. When I finally got it my order in, it wasnt made right away. While I was waiting there were flies everywhere, including all over the food. I got my food and was ready to go sit down and the tables were a mess as well. Then to top it off there was hair in my food. Absolutely unexcepable. I dont think Ill ever come here again.

Dont get me wrong... This place has good food and a decent price. However they CONSISTENTLY run out of chicken or do not have enough to complete meals. Not to mention their staff always looks like they would rather be doing anything else but working there. Service sucks and always takes too long. Inside of the restaurant is generally a mess. Been here many times, but I think I am done coming back.

My order is almost always wrong and when I get home and I open everything, I am often very disappointed. Wrong drinks, items paid for not included or 1/4 chicken vice 1/2, no beans with my black beans and rice, no garlic sauce with my yucca and garlic sauce. They must not care about customer satisfaction.

The cleaning staff should clean the tables after someone leaves because when I sat down at a table it was sticky and they should put a public soda dispenser because people get thirsty and they need to get bigger tables for big families and they take so long to prepare your food

Found a SHARP METAL HOOK in my tropichop, and this was the first time ever eating at this location. Luckily I didnt ingest it, and it didnt stab my mouth. Place is disgusting. Sent pics of the metal hook to Pollo Tropical on their instagram but no response. Terrible company.

Its okay for chicken and beans but not great service ..no speaking English in the restaurant not good in America in Jupiter Florida thought I was in another country. .portions are very small and the place was dirty and disgusting. .my advice avoid this place its gross ...
