I just stopped by and ordered a #2 combo, paid with a $10. and got no change. I realized it a couple blocks away and decided Id run back since I was close. They counted the entire drawer and told me the drawer was correct and that I was given change. I emptied my entire car once I got home just to be sure and I am 100% sure that I did not get the change or a receipt which means one of the guys in there pocketed it. Im going to follow up later and make sure they check their cameras on principle. The $3 doesnt even matter at this point. So disappointed.

The best customer service Ive ever received from a fast food restaurant. I had time between interviews to stop and eat. The staff was so genuine if I ask the cashiers a question about the seasonings they knew the answer. The food was hot in an instant. The man that was taking care of the dining area told me that I look nice (in a kind respectful way) and I told him that I was going to an interview. He made me feel confident and reasured me that I was going to get the job. I was amazed genuine and kind hearted the staff was.

Im from Louisiana and are popeyes know how to treat they customers and with a smile yall either shut it down or do something about it. Plus they sauce always look like somebody open it and just taped it back together and garenteed they spit in ppl food

Food is very good and the Red Beans & Rice is out of this world. The only complaint is the drive-thru is a single car width lane so when its busy, the line actually laps around the building and you have to merge with those leaving drive-thru window and when you leave, you are still waiting in line to get out. The food though will keep you coming back.

This was a great place to eat dinner. I see it on TV and wanted some, so I went. What you would expect from a fast food restaurant, Nice, clean, well lit interior, good food, served up fast. Service with a smile, and no complaints. Two thumbs up!

Meh. Chicken is oddly rubbery (frozen chicken heated up in a microwave), tastes weird, with nearly flavorless breading. Id say pass on this but the biscuits are spectacularly bad for you, therefore delicious.

If you are looking to have fast food fried chicken or fried shrimp this is a place to go. My shrimp I felt was too crispy , however its reasonable in price and if you need a southern food fix this will do.
