Best friend and I travelled from Windsor, Ont. to Burgettestown, Pennsylvania to take in the Mumford & Sons concert May 24, 2017. On our way home the next day, we decided to stop in at the Olive Garden for a quick lunch. Absolutely amazing service! They truly treated us like royalty! Of the hundreds of restaurants weve dined at over the years, this Olive Garden tops them all, easily! The chef came to our table and after a short and pleasant discussion, prepared the absolute best sautéed vegetables and chicken over noodles with a sweet red wine sauce! My description does his dish no justice! Youd have to see/taste it to believe it. He also personally delivered it to our table himself. I should probably mention that Ive never posted a review before. I felt compelled to give this review because if any restaurant deserves high praise, many accolades and a 5 star rating... It is this Olive Garden. Sadly, I cannot remember the name of the chef, nor our waitress, who was kind enough to introduce us to the chef, which led to the amazing dish in the first place! Might I add, the dish prepared for myself was not on the menu. IT SHOULD BE!!! Best food ever!!!! If you stop by for a bite to eat, ask for the dish the Canadians had Thursday, around noonish, May 25, 2017. If hell be so kind as to prepare it for you, youll go back for it again, and again, and again. If that dish isnt for you, youll go back because they treat you so well! To the "chef with no name". Thank you! You "The Man"!!!

A majority of their items are microwaved and loaded with salt, but, that doesnt mean all of their food is dissatisfactory. Its a massive franchise, and with that, you get the pros and cons of a massive franchised restaurant. Consistent experience, Italian staples, and impersonal, commercialized service. Wait times are usually 1 hour+ on Friday and Saturday nights. And I cant stress enough, they really do load all of their plates with salt to make it palatable for the average American consumer. When I go, all I ask of this place is to give me fresh, warm, salty bread sticks. So far, in my experiences, fresh bread sticks are a hit or miss, like 50%. Their "free" salad is bomb, too. I say "free" because their entrees are overpriced to compensate for the cost of their bread sticks, salads, and candies. For example, their Chicken Parm is $17, and their Spaghetti and Meatballs is $13. The quality of the food doesnt match the price. Great place for families. Good selection. Decent service. Low quality Italian-American food.

Great experience normally although this time around not the best service. Im a regular on lunch and well lets say this time around the service was relatively bad. The waitress, Gina, after seated keep stated shell be right with me although it was quite some time. Finally when she did I mentioned I was ready to order and she keep excusing herself. Not too bad until its 4 trips to finally get my order in. All in all not my best experience here which a normal 45 minute lunch was well almost twice that. Oh and who only brings a single breadstick when you have unlimited? Just making another trip you wouldnt have to

HORRIBLE service. Being a server myself, I;m a little more understanding of circumstances than most people. We only waited 5 minutes to get seated, however, it was another 20 minutes for our waitress to acknowledge us. She must;ve been on a smoke break because she smelled like cigarettes. We ordered our drinks and our food at the same time. Drinks were quickly delivered, as was the food, but the food was prepared wrong and sent back. Our waitress never checked back on us, or removed our dishes.

The foood here is noot fresh. It obviously comes from SYSCO Food Corp. The meal I had tasted processed and like typical chain restaurant fare. I could not eat in peace here, as every few minutes someone was at my table bugging me. They were basically rushing me. The Olive Garden does not make one feel welcome, nor does it have cozy atmosphere. They just you through your meal and all the servers are worriued about is their tip.

this olive garden threatens its workers with firing if they try to call off sick. I have seen sick and coughing workers back in the kitchen cooking. Apparently certain managers demand they come in sick or get a doctors excuse for one day call offs. Noone can afford office visits and or hospital visits like this. sadly the truth. some manager get bent and employees are sick but too bad, we the patrons risk becoming sick.

Our food was delocious. I recommend the shrimp scampi frita for your appetizer. And the stuffed chicken marsala was to die for. Rae was our server and was simply amazing! My husband is very picking and she was more than accomodating. Our courses were perfectly timed and we never felt rushed for her to get her next table. This is by far the best olive garden experience weve had.

Terrible! Wanted to go for my birthday but it was awful! Got seated at the bar (had an 8 year old with us). Waited for 16 min before anyone came over. My sons pasta sauce tasted burnt! When I said something the waiter he offered us free zeppolis for my birthday, I said fine. I was just looking at the emailed receipt and they charged us for those too! Never again!

I love Olive Garden but this visit was a difficult one. It seemed as though it was a rough night. Being disabled, it was not too user friendly. I wont judge to harshly because I totally understand when things happen beyond your control. This rating is only for this visit. In general Ive always had amazing experiences here

Was told it would be 20 min. wait for table. We waited 30 mins. and left. There where three in our group. Two adults and one child. They seated groups of three that came in well after us. We like to eat here but when they move us down the list to seat people that just walked ahead of us. We just left. Very unprofessional.

Aside from the personal disgust of excessive eating/carb consumption, I have no complaints! Our server got one of our kids orders wrong, but promptly corrected it. I have no problem with people making human mistakes as long as they stay gracious about it! I probably wont go there again unless I really feel like EATING.

Horrible!!! Will never go back. After waiting an HOUR and 10 min. my Seafood Alfredo was severed over cooked but yet I received it almost cold. I told a Manager named "Duane" he laughed and asked me what I wanted him to do and then walked away? So I got up and left and will never be back.

Yummy! It was the first time my daughter, mother and I went to eat there and they were very accommodating for us. The wait was 5 minutes despite being jam packed. The service was iffy but they were packed. So no blame on the place. Ive been there alot and it was always exceptional.

To anyone that has kids, and you want to high chair. They dont let you put a highchair at the booth because they say its a fire hazard but yet theres enough room for a fat person to walk by or easily enough room for a wheelchair. I thought the customer was always right LOL
