Absolutely TERRIBLE. I placed my order at 8:30PM and waited until 9:30PM to call the FIRST time to ask if they had received my order. They told me it would take another 10 minutes because the driver just went out the door. So I decided to give it 10 more minutes. 10PM rolled around and my food was STILL not here. I called TEN times to get ahold of them and twice they didnt answer. It was a busy tone and I kept calling and finally got through. They told me that it was another 10 minutes and I said, "You told me at 9:30 that it was 10 minutes and it is now 10 oclock and I still dont have my food. I want to speak to a manager." She put another lady on the line and she told me it was another 10 minutes as well and said she would talk to the driver. After that, she said she talked to the driver and it would be another 10 minutes and as I was talking saying I wanted to cancel my order, THEY HUNG UP ON ME. My mother called them after she saw that they hung up on me, and talked to them. She asked to speak to the manager and get a refund but they kept telling her that the food was on the way and that the driver was outside. In the meantime, the driver called me and told me he didnt know where he was and I had specifically told him what street it was on to get into my campus dorm. But he refused to listen to me and ASKED ME TO WALK ACROSS CAMPUS TO PICK IT UP. What kind of DELIVERY is that!? And my mom asked for the manager on the phone and they told her that the manager wasnt there. But wait, hold on, when I asked to talk to the manager, they gave the phone to another person POSING as the manager. But after my mom continuously asked to get the managers name, the lady gave the phone to another person and said "Crazy lady" in the background after handing the phone off to someone else. My mom asked for the number repeatedly and they HUNG UP ON HER as well. After all of this, the driver called me back and asked if I cancelled my order. I told him I would pick up the order but I was getting my money back because this isnt how any customer should be treated. He told me I put down the wrong address, MY OWN CAMPUS that I LIVE ON, and that if I would have put just the college name, he would have found it. But on the address, I put down the street address and which dorm I was in and he STILL got lost. So I told him, would he REALLY have been able to find this place if I JUST put my campus name down when I gave him all the information and he still got lost? No. But while I was talking, he was SCREAMING "You put down the wrong address! Youre wrong!" and then, HE HUNG UP ON ME. ABSOLUTE WORST RESTAURANT SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. No service should EVER hang up on their customers let alone tell them theyre wrong and DISRESPECT them in this way. DO NOT do business with this restaurant. Absolutely terrible.

Es un restaurant corriente, los precios son estándares, la comida la pedí para llevar y el tiempo de espera fue normal. Del menú solocite lo típico arroz frito con carne, para mi parecer le hacía falta un poco más de sazón, los acompañe con lumpia y chop suey de carne. Lo que me motivó al restaurant entrar fue que se encontraba una familia china cenado y cuando tú ves a una persona oriunda disfrutando de su típica comida quiere decir que el restaurant es bueno pero en este caso me pareció un restaurant normal.

Ive been seeking a decent Dim Sum place. They are pretty rare, but this is a very good one. Some other Chinese places in the area advertise as Dim Sum restaurants, but they really only have a few dumpling appetizers. This is the real deal. No steam carts, but they do have several dozen versions of Dim Sum that come out from the kitchen; all were delicious. They also have a standard Chinese restaurant menu, but I didnt sample anything. It isnt an upscale place, just a typical Chinese place. Clean enough, nice enough decor, decent and friendly service (very quiet at the time, though). Nothing to write home about. If youre looking for a regular Chinese restaurant experience, this is probably just fine. But if you are seeking Dim Sum, get right over there! And if youve never tried Dim Sum, this is the time and the place to do so. Youll thank me. :)

Buyer beware! I ordered delivery from here - egg fu young and garlic chicken. The delivery guy came and my order didnt have ANY RICE!! I called and the manager said their food doesnt come with white rice. There is no where on the menu that indicates you have to order rice separately or is there anywhere to order white rice, only fried rice. They told me they would bring the rice and never showed up. I tried to make the best of my meal by making my own rice only to almost instantly vomit. The food tasted like an ass sandwich with a side of garbage. No amount of rice and soy sauce could save the terrible concoction that landed in my mouth. It was totally discusting. Luckily grubhub gave me a voucher so I got some money back. Unfortunately I may need counseling from the traumatizing experience of eating their food. No bueno.

This is the worst Chinese food ever, I spent $50 on a order that taste like crap. The chicken was super dry and not eatable and shrimp garlic didnt taste anything like garlic and shrimp lo mein was really dry and the shrimps were super small . The food came super late and it was cold and not eatable, when I called the manager to return the order because I couldnt eat from how nasty it is, he told me that he would give me 20% back only from $50 dollars order that I had to throw in the trash and go to sleep hungry and he didnt care, that just shows how much they care about their service

Tonight is the second time Ive ordered from here. Finally found Chinese delivery thats worth it! The first time I ordered, they got my order wrong. Was very confused as to why I paid $8 for one egg roll. But, whatever they sent me looked good, so I went with it. It was amazing, though I dont know what it was. Wish I did. Anyways, this time my order was perfect, came very quickly, and it was 6 egg rolls for the $8. Think Ill be making my way through their menu till I figure out what they sent me the first time

Worst customer service ever!!!!!! They messed up my delivery order then when I call them to inform them they want to charge me another $4 delivery charge because of their mistake. thats just horrible. I threw the whole order out and will be ordering from their competitor. I work for a company with at least 600 employees in one building they will not be allowed through the gates. Let that $4 sink in now.

Tried this place for the first time. If you are a lover of Chinese food ,this may not be your place. Food was hot but tasted horrible. The general Tso chicken had no taste to it. The shrimp and broccoli wasnt good either. Shrimp seem to be overlooked and mushy to the point it looks like guts. I dont recommend this place.
