Worse experience ever!!!!! Visited the Southampton location at approx. 4:30p on 8/25/14. Our waiter obviously was having a bad day.... didnt know how to smile.... acted as though we were not welcome. We attempted to order Mojitos..... no Mojitos (out of mint). We asked for water & lemon along with our drinks (out of lemon). We ordered appetizers & our entrees..... the waiter never asked what we would like with our entrees. Even though we were the only customers there, our waiter made us feel rushed. He brought out our entrees without allowing us enough time to finish our appetizers. When our entrees arrived, they were incorrect..... but before we could say anything our waiter disappeared. He no sooner walked out of the room, when the fire alarm went off in the room we were in. It was extremely, painfully loud. I went out to see if they could do something about the ear-piercing sound. They said they were not able to do anything because the manager was at the store. They moved our food to another table, out by the foyer & kitchen. By the time all of our food was brought to our table, it was cold & we felt ill from the unbelievably loud noise. We tried to eat, but could not. We asked for containers for our food. Another waiter brought out the containers, then our waiter asked if wanted anything else or just the bill. He brought out our bill of $95.08. I asked if we could be compensated somehow for the inconvenience we experienced. He said no..... accidents happen. I asked to speak with someone in charge. He told me no one there was in charge..... the manager was still at the store. We paid our bill and left.... not feeling well at all. Since then, Ive attempted to contact Las Margaritas via phone and email...... no response. I just cant believe an establishment would treat their patrons in this manner.

Its sad. This review is based solely on the customer service or lack thereof. So, we walked in literally a half second before two other people. They were seated and we were given a pager for when the next table was available. No, problem. After 15 min and 1 other group and another couple being seated, we realized that we were being completely ignored. I looked at the pager and the thing wasnt even on! As the other servers gathered at the front and did not even ask if we were waiting to be seated, (we were sitting right in front of the restaurant, with pager in hand) And no one said ANYTHING. So, we handed the pager to the girl standing at the front. She didnt even ask if we had been waiting... lol. This has to be a joke. Terrible customer service. Smh

I will never go here ever again. First: my food was not good at all my refried beans were extremely watery and they exaggerated in the amount they put in my food. Second: they charge gratuity included your billed amoun the young lady tried to steal our change and one of us payed with a card & she tried to make us write an extra tip amount on our receipt for her. When we asked her for our change back she said I had asked you how much you wanted to pay I thought this was mine. Third: she charged a kids meal $5.95 which was fine but the beverage wasnt included which was nearly another $5.00. Need less to I was very unsatisfyed and will never return. Its was way over priced and the staff was very dishonest.

Alright the food was okay, not great but stander clean restaurant. We had 3 people dine in, everything was okay, food was delivered after like 30 mins wait, but it was packed, I understand. Here is a funny thing, when we asked for check, the waitress gave me a tipped 18% bill, I dont know how you guys feel, but adding tip on the bill by server themselves is not okay, so I went off, and she told me they add the tip if the food over $50, I mean really? 50 is nothing when you going out, is it just because we are Asian? I worked restaurant before I always tip over 20%( well i still did this time) but writing the tip yourselves is just way too obvious when you think they wont tip you.

I LOOKED ALL OVER THE NET TO FIND A PLACE TO GET MEXICAN FOOD AND BY GEORGE I FOUND IT. THIS PLACE IS NICE, VERY FRIENDLY, AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE MARVELOUS. I PASSED THIS PLACE MANY TIMES AND OBSERVED THE VAN WITH THE MEXICAN HAT AT THE CORNER, AND FINALLY TOOK A PEEK IN. WOW! THE MARGARITAS ARE OFF THE CHAIN, TRY THE MONSTER SIZE IF YOU CAN, BUT MAKE SURE YOU TAKE A DESIGNATED RIVER. IF YOU LIKE TEQUILA, THEY HAVE 15 DIFFERENT ONES YOU CAN TRY, INCLUDING MY FAVORITES CABO WABO AND DON JULIO. READY TO TELL MY FRIENDS BUT THIS MAY HAVE TO BE MY LITTLE SECRET HIDEOUT. THE PRICES ARE RIGHT ON POINT!!!

I came here with 3 people and the food was honestly the worse food Ive had in a long time ! The food had no flavor! I honestly would not recommend this place to anyone ! It was extremely loud and couldnt barley hear the waiter ! Save your money and eat at home ! Ordered my food and it didnt say it was smoothered with cheese and it was , and the cheese tasted like it was fake ! The refried beans look like crap ! If you think Im being crazy go try it yourself probley wont be happy though ! The best thing about it was the hot sauce that was on the table ! Fwi poured it over top everything to give it flavor!

Used to go there very often. I had a bad experience last time and the manager gave 0 crap as to why I was upset and bluntly told me while rushing me that he doesnt care about what I have to say (I am allergic to meat and was served meat when I was told it was no meat at all on my dish and ate it until I found chucks of meat on my food) I left the restaurant crying, which was very embarrassing. He did not want to solve anything or accommodate me in any way shape or form. He is beyond rude, heartless and shouldve been fired a long time ago. My family or friends havent been at that restaurant and wont.

The hostess Julianna seated at least 3 groups (same size) before us as we sat outside in the cold with our 8 yr old daughter. As soon as we came inside to complain the hostess looked at us and pressed the button to make the plastic waiting device buzz, how convenient. She said that she wrote our names down out-of-order by accident. Her list was on a piece of paper with every name scribbled out. Not only that, this place is louder than a high school cafeteria. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. We will not return and suggest you explore other options in the city.

Las Margaritas is a fun and festive place to get some Mexican food and, you guessed it, margaritas. Their lunch specials are amazing. They have large portions, great vegetarian options (not so much for vegans though), and Ive found the staff to be friendly as well. The walls all have various murals from wacky ones (such as a jalapeño wearing sunglasses) to more serious ones like some desert scenes and one of a Mayan warrior holding a lady in his arms. The house margaritas are a great deal, and dont forget desert. The flan is the best Ive tried in the area!
