If you are in the Bedminster or Basking Ridge area looking for a quick bite to eat, Pancheros Mexican Grill is definitely a nice break from the typical fast food chains. Food was fresh and everything was made to order at the time of our order. I had a chicken burrito and my wife had a steak burrito. Both were great. Our daughter loved her cheese quesadilla as well. We will be returning to Pancheros in the future!

The food itself is quite tasty, and it is the best mexican joint for miles. The many ingredients come together to form and awesome tasting burrito, taco, or burrito bowl. Its worth noting however that they dont have hard tacos :(. But their burritos are their best dish anyway. Guac and queso (melted cheese - delicious) are $1.50 extra each which sucks, but otherwise awesome mexican food.

A bad copy of Chipotle for an additional cost. Service was clumsy even for fast food, the meat portion of the burrito bowl was stingy at best and I was alarmed at the extra charge for guac and sour cream. Went in with low expectations and was still disappointed.

terrible mexican food. everything is over salted and dry. didnt even see them preparing anything fresh whatsoever. nothing at all like a chipotle.

Burritos are good and a good value. They are comparable to Chipotle, but you wont have to stand in line for 30 mintues to get your food.
